We loved our stay! This property felt more like visiting a friend’s home than a typical rental — warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The ocean views were absolutely stunning with plenty of outdoor (and indoor) seating. The home was clean, cozy, and full of personal touches that made it feel inviting. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back.

It’s pretty rare for something to be better than advertised and this home is. For our family, the layout and amenities were perfect. There’s enough space for everyone to be together or off on their own. It’s clean and well kept. The owner is easy to reach and communicate with and was very accommodating to our requests. I can’t say enough good about him or the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

This property was over the top beautiful. The photos dont do it justice. The beds were very comfortable, the living space was great for our family of 8. The proximity from the house to the ocean couldn't have been better! Everyone enjoyed the house and area thoroughly. Communication with the hosts was easy. When we arrived Simin and her husband were there to greet us, which was lovely. We are all home now and still talking about our time at Seaside Sanctuary!

A Relaxing Beachfront Retreat

I had a recent trip with family to the Seaside Sanctuary which offered a very enjoyable experience. The location was fantastic, with the beach just steps away, providing beautiful views and the calming sound of the waves. The home was clean and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Wonderful Vacation

Our vacation was outstanding. The house was perfect. Clean, well-stocked with anything you can want, right on the beach so we could watch our grand kids, and the pool and hot tub were a superb added touch. The host was extremely courteous and helpful. Great location, great house, and fantastic hosts

Brought my familly down for a 5 day stay and can’t recommend this house enough. I especially want to thank the hosts. I left some items behind and they went out of their way to get it back to me. Thank you! House accommodated my entire familly including our 9 month old. The beach is amazing and away from the crowds and highly recommend this house.

Living a dream!

This place is magical! Inside the space is amazing, comfortable with the most incredible views I've ever seen! Outside there is plenty of space to relax, swim, and even play in your own private backyard Beach. We had a small family wedding here and it was amazing. Simin was incredible and very responsive. Thank you for making our daughter's wedding like a dream come true!

We truly loved the house . It was amazing. Family enjoyed their time and enjoyed the location of the house . House was very cleaned and well maintain house . Owners was very sweet to work with . Having the golf cart was a plus , easy to get to the store and back.

Summer Vacation 2023

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and the location was great. Being right on the beach and having your own private pool, doesn’t get much better than that. We contacted the owner about a few things that were bothering us and she was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. The house was very clean, but could have used a bit more dusting on the chandeliers/windows to remove webs. All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend this house! Great property and great owners.

Oceanfront perfect!

Not only was getting access code to the house very easy but communication with host was very responsive. The house had all the amenities that we had read about and you can't get any closer to the beach. Location was perfect at the south end of Sandbridge where it's less crowded and within a mile of the State Park. The family had a great time with the salt water pool and jacuzzi and enjoyed every minute there! Would definately return again in the future!

Perfect view

Any rental home has it's quirks and maintenance needs, but this rental deserves a strong positive rating. This home was overall very clean and well functioning. Moreover, the owner was responsive, kind and helpful. The view from the home was spectacular and the beach was pristine and quiet. We loved it.
