Great Location and House for Large Many People

We had 16 people from 5 separate family groups. The space inside the house was ample and allowed the young adults to hang out on one floor and the older adults to be on another. Large seating areas for meals, lounging, game playing and puzzles. The extra refrigerator, dishwasher and ovens were much appreciated to make meals. There was a coffee pot and a Keurig. The microwave at knee level was a bit of challenge but we adapted. There were plenty of plates, cups and utensils. However, please note there are no spices, oils, salt and pepper of any kind. Most places we have stayed at least have some spices but there was nothing. We used the hot tub and it was clean. Having private bathrooms for most of us was an added benefit and those were also clean. It was noted in another review that there was a leak at one point and it's still on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. Pool table and wet bar (with yet another refrigerator and dishwasher) was also used. Easy access to the beach across the street. We loved having so many porches to sit on (even in the cold) to watch sunrises and sunsets. Our key benchmarks are cleanliness, space for everyone with as many private bathrooms as possible, linens provided, and furniture that doesn't look worn. Amazing Grace met all of them. I would suggest felt on the bottom of the chairs so it doesn't scratch the floors!

Family get away

I only gave an overall 3 because the home is beautiful. Gorgeous property although ANY sort of housekeeping would’ve been appreciated. FILTHY!! Dirty dishes & utensils in the cabinets; PLEASE update your pots & pans. Dried food on two different comforters on beds which were made. Moldy shower curtains. Water stain on the ceiling so something is leaking. One oven door wouldn’t close flush & the lower portion appeared broken. A freezer drawer broken or possibly off track because it was difficult to open. Plants over grown trying to walk off the back deck. The entrances were disgusting, overran with spiderwebs & insects. Creepy that almost all the windows on the ground floor were either unlocked & or opened? The list goes on but hopefully you get the point. For the owner of this home if you’re reading this, find another company for cleaning & maintenance of your property!

Great family vacation - 1st trip to Sandbridge

Very happy with our first visit to Sandbridge. Property was close to the beach, plenty big for our group, and met all of our expectations.

Family friendly...close to beach

We really enjoyed our time there. The pool was well kept, which the younger children loved. There were a few issues like the cabana fridge was never cleaned and the outside deck screen was ripped and also was not cleaned

Great place , very spacious .... 4 families can easily stay here

Highly recommend this place ! Clean cleaners came and cleaned the hit tub for us . Pool wasn’t open yet but it still worked out great !!

Excellent Property for Large Family

The entire family enjoyed our stay for Christmas. There was enough room in the kitchen for several people to be cooking and prepping. We were able to spread out and folks had room to ust relax and enjoy. Our only issue was there were some small cleaning issues which should be addressed like dust in the exhaust vents and on some ledges. Couple of toilets were not entirely cleaned and the TV in the back room on the bottom floor could not get the volume to work. Thanks for sharing your home, one of our best holidays ever.

Fantastic Vacation House & Location!

Absolutely loved the house! Plenty of bedrooms for our family group with privacy between the rooms and areas. Kitchen very well stocked. Comfortable and modern furnishings. Amazing backyard setup with hot tub, pool, shuffleboard and separate pool bar area with fridge and a fun ring game. Propane grill with backup tank. Very well kept home and beautifully situated. Almost directly across the street from the beach - access path slightly up the street. Wide open beach which was great for the kids and fun for beach games for adults. Would definitely return to this house and to Sandbridge. The property management was on point with check in details and follow up to make sure everything was good once we arrived at the home. Friendly and professional. Loved this place!

Great...except for cleaning

Great house with a lot of good amenities. Some issues with cleaning - Spider webs, dust on surfaces throughout, towels with hair balls rolled in them, gross rugs, dirt in showers, etc. Ice makers were broken and the step to get to the outdoor cabana was dangerous. However, we loved the house layout, size, amenities and location.
