Sandbridge Retreat

We had a lovely time at All Seas Suns! It was just what our group needed - clean and comfortable. Our host was communicative and always asked if we needed anything. I would certainly come back!

Great Rental, Plenty of Space.

This place was great for hosting my family's Christmas. There were 12 adults and a dog, with plenty of space and amenities on the property. The access to the beach was really close as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Family Christmas

We had our family Christmas here. We had 14 people come from NJ, VA and SC. The home was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for a great extended weekend. The property management company reached out as soon as we checked in to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this house.

Great house for a group

We loved our time at All Sea Suns! The house is beautiful and well maintained. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. All of the bedrooms are nice…no need to fight over who gets which room! All of the kids slept in the bunk rooms and parents slept in the king bedrooms. It was great. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

The Matriarch is 80!

We had a tremendous stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach. We were 14 adults and one teen, but had plenty of room for a few more. We traveled in from Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. It was great to be in such a beautiful home and gather with family.

Great place - great location - every amenity

We had a wonderful 4 day stay for a family wedding. The house had everything we could have needed. It was too cold and too early for the pool but the hot tub was great. The outdoors had everything for kids and a great shuffleboard court. Loved the outdoor cabana with TV and full kitchen. The rental company was amazing as well - we accidentally left a few items and they were so helpful in getting them returned.

All-Sea-Suns fits ALL!

The house is immaculate, well lit, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful property very much - even during the coldest weather in January! It has space and privacy as well as amenities for making many great memories: smart tvs in every room, pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, table tennis & hot tub (outdoor pool when opened). With large groups, the dining areas and tables are plentiful. There are two of nearly every small and large appliance. Many additional small kitchen appliances are also on hand. Many pots, pans baking essentials, and even many LARGE platters - all so useful for our big group. We had a small issue with the outdoor grill and the service tech showed up within the hour to attend to it. A few other minor things to note but none that dampened our stay or interrupted our enjoyment. The team at Sandbridge Blue is professional, attentive, and responsive. This house is a must rent!

Nice House but needs TLC

This house was beautiful and looked just like the picture! The problem came in with the cleanliness: -I killed 10 flies on immediately entering the house and continued to have to kill flies all weekend. they just kept multiplying. I let the office know but they sad they didnt have a spray and asked if I had windows open, which was my question to them since the flies were already there when we arrived. -Gnats were an issue too so dont leave drinks unattended -the upstairs microwave did not work so always had to use the one on the bottom level -I asked to have someone come out and sweep away the spiderwebs on the outside lights because there were spiders and noone wants to keep getting caught in spider webs. i was told a ticket was put in but noone ever came. Overall we made lemonade out of lemons but I felt this review was needed because at the end of the day we paid a decent amount of money and those little things were quite frustrating

This property met all of our needs! Everything was clean and exactly as presented. The property managers were kind and responsive. Great hosts. We are looking to come back next year. In fact, the serenity, cleanliness, and presentation provided an environment that made the visit feel almost like home! No one had any complaints at all!
