"This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned.
Here are some issues we found:

"My family had a fantastic time here. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is polite, kind and courteous, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are out-of- this-world. I’ve never had Buffett this good in my life. The only negative was that you couldn’t really swim in the crystal clear beach water bc there were jellyfish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Great in everything. Clean, the room was very spacious and all the instalations in the hotel top level.
The beach is beautiful and it was very convinient the hotel has a shuttle to nha trang twice a day if you want to explore the city"

"I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Voted #1 resort in Southeast Asia and #1 in Asia, it is a very big resort with all the amenities and entertainment you can think of. Spacious rooms, staff were nice but didn’t seem overall as friendly as other places like in Hue and Da Nang. It’s a big resort, and they’re held to certain standards, so it almost felt so service-based. Didn’t like that we had to use their taxi service to get out and some of the drivers weren’t too familiar with the area. Grab isn’t allowed here so FYI. Breakfast...
