"We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Cornwall. Helen was an absolute star our entire stay, from a cream tea ready for our arrival, to posting some forgotten inhalers back to us in Leeds after we had left! The accomodation is beautiful and quiet, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We found it to be very peaceful and loved having the ability to cook our own food with the aid of plenty of supermarkets nearby. This accomodation is not one to be missed!"

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

"We had booked two rooms at this hotel. The one we stayed in had a really overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which would be ‘covered up’ with a lot of air fresheners after house cleaning. I complained about it to staff and nothing was changed, with staff not mentioning it again. The other room was fine, and, besides the smell, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. "I loved the peace and quiet! The location is in a beautiful area, far from any noise or light pollution. The walks and runs are stunning with great way-marks. The laundry onsite was particularly helpful. The accommodation was very well equipped with clear instructions. It was warm, bright, spacious and felt very safe (as a lone traveler). The bed was comfortable. The water is delicious as it is local (not full of chlorine)! I wish I'd brought a bottle to take some home."

"First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...

Restaurant ran out of some menu items by the time we could eat. Food was meh. This hotel is farther away from city center and to get to more eating places is about 20 minute walk.
