"Simply WOW! It is a beautiful hotel….book ahead during the peak travel season to get on the guided tour. We did the self guided tour which was very good, but a great tour guide would have filled in little bits and pieces …..plus I think there’s a haunted walk component to it! If you get a chance book Room 304 as it’s a corner room on the top floor and the ONLY one with an additional window with a decent view (4 windows versus just 3). Each room is composed of 3 ‘cells’….bathroom cell very...
"The hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and with all we needed for our stay.
We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious.
A delicious breakfast each morning too.
We won't hesitate to stay at the hotel again."

"Convenient location to explore North and South beaches. Convenient services fuel, electric chargers and eating facilities and coffee. Decent, no fuss breakfast. Very courteous staff, everyone we encountered!!!"

Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open."

The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep.
There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub."
"We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the area. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, including kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and all the crockery, cutlery, etc.you could wish for. The shower was powerful and easy to use.

"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...
