Breakfast buffet variety was fairly good, including fresh pancakes, eggs being made to order, there could be more non-veg options. Pastries did not taste fresh. We also...

"The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. "Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure."

"The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was soft and the room was really cute. The AC worked really well and the staff were quick to help with a couple requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"Bom! Mas tive que sair antes do checkout porque desligaram o ar condicionado do meu quarto e mesmo eu pedindo pra religar isso não foi feito. The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely...
