Fantastic villa

We loved the loaction, the area was so peaceful but still easy enough to get to the beach and marina areas.The villa was immaculate and so well equipped. The hosts are so welcoming, easy to deal with and keen to make sure you have eveything you need.The pool area and BBQ area were a huge hit!We will definitely visit again.

Villa magnifique !!

Les photos étaient conformes à la réalité et nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances. De l'équipement de la cuisine au barbecue, tout était réuni pour se préparer d'excellents repas avant de savourer la piscine. La déco, les literies, la propreté, le jardin, la place de parking, la situation géographique, tout était parfait de A à Z et notre hôte Paulo était très disponible et chaleureux. Nous souhaitons revenir profiter de cette superbe villa

Excellent Villa

An excellent villa set in a fantastic location close to everything. A car is required, however. The pool is fantastic and the photos don’t do the property justice. Good size rooms with air con and comfortable beds. Good bathrooms with decent showers. The property owners were fast to respond when needed and were professional and efficient. My only complaint is that check in was far too late in the day (4pm). We had two young children and when you have an early flight it’s not ideal when you can’t arrive at the villa until that late in the day, especially as we had enquired about an early check in upon booking some 8 months in advance. Overall a fantastic villa however and we would definitely consider staying again if we are in the area.

Boa localização, longe da agitação do centro de Vilamoura. Excelente espaço envolvente, em zona residencial. Ótimas acomodações da habitação, com o necessário para desfrutar em família. Fantástico serviço. Foi uma repetição do ano passado.

Outstanding villa

We only booked this villas days before arriving and was a little apprehensive, however we were blown away with everything! We managed to check in early which was great as we landed at 9.30am. From checkin to the details given about the villa were spot on. We were a family of 4 and the the villa was spacious, lovely and tastefully decorated. Everything was catered for the kitchen had everything you needed. The outside space was gorgeous from beautiful gardens to a good sized pool. The area was so peaceful and we enjoyed being a little away from the marina. We had a car but taxis were easy to book and arrived within 5-10 mins at just under €10. There was a spa shop which was close and good for fresh pastries etc. We would definitely recommend this and will definitely book again. Thank you

A repetir

A propriedade corresponde às fotografias. Muito bem conservada, bem decorada, estando equipada com o essencial, para se passar uma bela estadia, sem quaisquer preocupações. Muito bem localizada, em zona residencial de moradias. A repetir.... O único senão, não se prende propriamente com a habitação, mas com o facto da moradia vizinha ter sido alugada por família que em claro desrespeito pela zona residencial, ouvia música no jardim com coluna de grande saída sonora. Começaram de manhã, ouvindo música alto e bom som e à noite..... Felizmente que iniciaram só no sábado e a nossa estadia durou até Domingo, pois certamente arruinariam o sossego das nossas férias. Fica a referência, para ajudar a prevenir, se possível, no futuro, situações idênticas.

Super Haus! Wenn etwas nicht lief war der Verwalter sofort da und hat alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Einmal funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht , einmal fiel der Strom aus und der Wäscheständer ist bei uns defekt geworden. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Vilamoura Holiday September 2019

1 week stay at the villa at the end of September. The villa was modern and clean and the pool and outdoor area was great. Only couple of issues were the beds which weren’t the comfiest and the freezer which wasn’t as cold as it should be. Other than that we had a brilliant week and would highly recommend.

Villamoura holiday for us South Africans

Everything was brilliant. Only 2 snags, one was a foul bad smell coming from main bathroom shower and secondly the lounge aircon didn't work. Unfortunately these 2 could not be resolved. The smell kept returning and the aircon couldn't be repaired, but apart from this still great and would give this place another visit.

Perfect family holiday

The villa is beautiful, modern, well equipped and in a quiet area but with all amenities close by. A car is recommended but not essential. We came as an extended family, grandparents, parents and two children and every one of us loves villa Machado. We would happily stay much longer. We had a minor issue with the boiler, but calls to the office resulted in someone coming out within half an hour. A friendly, efficient company to deal with. We would definitely recommend them and this villa. I hope to be back......

Lovely traditional Villa.

Villa had everything we needed with very well kept gardens and pool which was maintained twice in one week. Also cleaners visited twice in the week. Cleaners here do a smashing job, the villa was immaculately clean. (old kitchen requires updating but we never cook on holiday anyway). All three bedrooms are located together at one side of the villa, for those travelling with small children. We enjoyed the outside space both at front of villa in the mornings and Pool area in afternoons. Another huge bonus was the outside room, or covered patio area, this room leads from the kitchen to the pool gardens and is great for leaving towels, cream and clutter etc keeping the rest of the villa clutter free. I do think you need a car to stay here as the Marina is too far to walk. I would return to this lovely property, Vilamoura villa company is easy to deal with and quick responses to queries.

Un petit paradis

Je recommande vivement cette villa, nichée dans un quartier calme. La maison est grande, joliment meublée et parfaitement équipée. La propreté de la maison est irréprochable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La seule chose que je ne recommande vraiment pas, le pack de bienvenue!!!!!! sa valeur de 55euros n'est pas justifié (un paquet de pain de mie, 4 micro tranches de jambon, un mini morceau de fromage, beurre, sachet de café instantané, 1lde lait, 1l de jus de fruits, 2 bières, sel et confiture, fruits) Il est préférable d'aller dans une épicerie ou pour moins de 25£ vous aurez les mêmes produits! En résumé la maison étant plus que parfaite dans son ensemble, je retire une étoile à mon évaluation pour le pack de bienvenue.

Beautiful , spacious well kept property .

Had a lovely 8 nights in the villa , pool and garden are fabulous , couldn't have asked for more . Nice bedrooms and bathrooms , lovely BBQ area . Browns sports bar just down the road was great , had some nice meals there . Lovely holiday , will be booking again in the future .

Exceptional Villa - better than imagined

Had a fantastic time at the villa, it is so well appointed, the sun shone on the pool all day. The villa was very well stocked and had absolutely everything needed for a great stay and was very comfortable. We will be booking for next year. We hired a car due to being just a bit outside of the main area of Vilamoura and driving on the other side was no problem. The marina is only a 10 min drive and has some great restaurants and a spar is only a few minutes down the road. Pool Staff and Cleaning Staff attended to the property whilst we were there and did an excellent job. From making the booking with Paulo to getting home everything went without a hitch and the welcome pack when we arrived was super. Many thanks.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Machado. The accommodation itself is extremely well maintained both inside and outside. The rooms are all very spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The little summer room is great as you can eat your meals here when it is hot but still feel you are outside. The gardens are lovely with gorgeous plants and terraces. The pool was fantastic. We were so lucky with the weather that we were able to swim most days. It's a real suntrap here and you feel a million miles away from everywhere soaking up the sun on the sun loungers. Vilamoura is a great base for a stay in the Algarve. We visited Faro, Tavira, Ihla de Tavira and the lovely beach Praia de Falaisia by the marina. We also drove to the villages of Querenca and Alte which are beautiful small towns inland and definitely worth exploring. - they are not too far away We also headed west to Cabo de San Vicente and Praia Da Almeiria. The staff at Vilamoura Villas are extremely helpful. The food welcome pack really was welcome on our arrival after our flight with everything we needed for a supper and breakfast the next day. Paolo was brilliant at communicating with us before our visit, answering all our initial queries. Fernando was very helpful showing us the villa and in dealing with our check-out. All in all a wonderful holiday. We would highly recommend Villa Machado as a fantastic family villa and Vilamoura Villas as a highly professional company.

A lovely property with everything you could need as a family. The pool and Garden excellent too.

Very happy with the property and the location. Get safe with the gated front. We chose this because we wanted somewhere with a private pool and a nice garden, so this was perfect for our family. We visited with 5 adults and 2 small children. The property had 3 parasols, so that made me happy to be able to keep the kids in the shade!
