"Los primeros días la estancia fue muy buena, hasta que empezo a salir agua de la ducha y nos hicieron un cambio de habitación en el que el cambio fue una habitación peor y la sorpresa también fue que un día no pasaron ni hacer la limpieza de la habitación por lo tanto tuve que protestar. El chico de recepción fue amable, pero nosostros estuvimos sin hacer la habitación todo el día en el que no nos dijeron ni lo siento, sólo si le comprendo señora. La segunda habitación tenia en la orilla del cierre del balcón bastantes hormigas. Fue muy amable una tal ISA"

"My experience was fantastic. While the hotel isn’t particularly modern, it matches the pictures perfectly, maintaining a charming and well-kept appearance. Cleanliness was top-notch, and my room seemed recently renovated—it was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully done. Complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The inclusion of small pastel de nata as breakfast desserts was a delightful touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out seamless. Parking in the surrounding streets proved challenging, so I opted for the hotel’s paid parking at 12 EUR per night. The garage was secure and convenient, though exiting was a bit tricky due to its narrow, declined layout and shared entry/exit gate. Still, it was manageable without any issues. The hotel's location is excellent—close to stunning beaches like Dona Ana and Camilo, as well as within walking distance of Ponta da Piedade (about 20 minutes). The surrounding area felt safe and offered plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overall, my stay at Aqualuz Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lagos! "
