We were quite disappointed to find that the slippers provided had already been used. We called the front desk, and they were very apologetic. They completely understood the hygiene concern, especially regarding the risk of foot infections from previous guests. I would give them a perfect score—and even higher if I could! In my experience staying at luxury hotels around the world for €2,000 a night, I have honestly never encountered a team this dedicated. They are attentive, caring, and deeply invested in helping their guests. Moreover, they accept constructive feedback graciously and know exactly how to rectify any issues. This level of dedication clearly comes from excellent management leading by example. Dining & Amenities However, as we all know, a great staff is only one part of the hotel experience. If yo"
