"This is a great property located a bit away from the city center but easily accessed with a taxi. Good breakfast spread, clean rooms, courteous staff and all the amenities you could need - highly recommended for solo or family travel. Would definitely be back! "

"泳池很大，又有單車借用，可供環西湖遊覽，很棒的體驗。gym房也不錯，還有乒乓球室，但美中不足是無空調。提供穿梭巴士到舊城區，但班次略嫌疏落。早餐也豐富美味。房間超大，備有廚房，設備齊全。極力推薦。"

"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。"

"Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

"Wonderful place to stay in Hanoi away from the caos of the old town but still an easy grab ride away. I loved all the food options nearby this property. The staff are amazing and super helpful. Honestly they are all great. I would stay here away without a doubt. "
