The studio apartment is one of the solutions that make up the Palazzo del Catapano, an ancient mansion dating back to the 16th century.
The ancient wooden doorway located along the narrow streets of the historic center introduces the palace, in a common hall from which the stairs leading to the second floor start.
The studio apartment with balcony is a single essential room, furnished with table, chairs and kitchenette, double bed, bedside table and closet. The small house is completed by 1 shower room.
Next to the double bed is the small balcony from which there is exceptional panoramic view of the sea and the old town.

The studio apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of Palazzo del Catapano, a historic home in an exceptional location between the cathedral and the castle of Vieste.
Also just a short walk away is the scenic Piazzetta Petrone, one of the oldest areas of "Vieste Vecchia," a seaside village that overlooks the Adriatic Sea from the Gargano.
The legendary Pizzomunno Beach, also known as the Castle Beach, can be reached on foot with a walk of a few hundred meters.

- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in ZTL zone, which is pedestrianized from 01/06 to 30/09.
