Villa Rudiae is a lovely vacation cottage in San Cataldo, marina of Lecce, a stone`s throw from the beach and equipped lidos. The cottage, nestled in the pine forest of the Campo Verde Residence, accommodates up to 9 people.
The Mediterranean-style dwelling is cozy, simple and well equipped. There are accessories such as  washing machine, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, mosquito nets etc.
The residence is fenced and allows car parking inside the property.

Villa Rudiae stands in a fresh and fragrant pine forest, a regenerating and peaceful place for seaside vacations in Salento. The cottage is spread over two floors.
The spacious veranda is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The ground floor consists of large living room with living room overlooking pine forest, kitchen, second living room, and 1 full shower room.
Internal stairs lead to the second floor on which the sleeping area is developed. There are 1 triple room with double + single bed, 1 twin room with bunk beds, and 2 double rooms, one of which has an en suite shower room.
The second floor is completed by the third shower room. Each bedroom has its own balcony. Airconditioning is located in the hallway and cools all rooms.

Villa Rudiae is a vacation cottage located within the Campo Verde residence, a complex of summer vacation residences on the beaches of Lecce, right in front of the sea in San Cataldo, where all the main services are located.
The city of Lecce, the capital of Baroque and a lively tourist destination with many cultural attractions, is just 10 km away and can also be reached by bus.
The nearest beach can be reached on foot via an internal path through the pine forest.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- First supply of linen (towels and sheets) included in the total. Possible exchange on request at the price of euro 20 per person.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The air conditioning is in the hallway and cools all rooms.
