Welcome to Casa Isabel in El Verger, near Dénia, on the beautiful Costa Blanca. Our modern holiday home was completed in 2020 and offers approximately 80 m² of living space for up to four guests. It is ideal for couples, friends and families looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea while enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own holiday home.

Living and sleeping

Casa Isabel is spread over two floors and has a practical and well-designed layout. The two bedrooms are located on different floors and each has two comfortable single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm. This makes the house particularly suitable for two couples travelling together as well as for families with children.

There is a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin on each floor. The upstairs bathroom is particularly spacious and offers plenty of room.

The open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor is the heart of the house. It is a comfortable place to enjoy meals together, relax, watch TV or simply unwind after a day exploring the Costa Blanca.

Fully equipped kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also ideal for longer stays. Facilities include:

* extensive crockery and kitchen equipment

You can therefore easily prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner at home whenever you wish. At the same time, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby if you prefer to enjoy the local cuisine without cooking.

Two terraces – morning and evening sunshine

One of the special features of Casa Isabel is its two private terraces.

The east-facing ground-floor terrace is ideal for a relaxed breakfast. Under the pergola, you can enjoy the morning sunshine while also having a pleasant shaded area.

The upstairs terrace faces west and is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Relax here with a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoying the beautiful views towards the Serra de Segària.

Depending on the time of day, you can therefore always find a pleasant outdoor space to sit, relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Comfortable all year round

Casa Isabel is not only suitable for the warm summer months. Air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions is available in the living room and both bedrooms.

All windows are fitted with insect screens and shutters. This helps keep the rooms comfortable during the summer and provides protection from insects and strong sunlight.

Fast fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Two large Smart TVs provide German and Spanish TV and radio programmes.

Communal swimming pool and parking

The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool measuring approximately 14 × 8 metres. It is ideal for swimming, cooling off or simply relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house, making arrival and departure particularly convenient.

Beach within walking distance

One of the major advantages of Casa Isabel is its proximity to the sea. The wide sandy beach of Playa de Les Deveses is only around 680 metres away and can easily be reached on foot.

The beach is perfect for long walks, swimming, sunbathing or simply enjoying a relaxing day by the Mediterranean. Thanks to its proximity, you can leave the car at home and spontaneously walk down to the sea.

Discover Dénia and the Costa Blanca

Casa Isabel is located in El Verger, just a few kilometres from the popular coastal town of Dénia.

Dénia is known for its historic old town, castle, harbour, marina, numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as its many shopping opportunities. A walk along the harbour promenade or through the old town is particularly enjoyable.

Ferry connections to the Balearic Islands are also available from Dénia.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for excursions. The impressive Serra de Segària is nearby and is ideal for walking and exploring. The coastline around Dénia and Jávea/Xàbia offers numerous beaches, secluded coves and beautiful viewpoints.

For active holidaymakers, the region provides excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, golf and water sports. At the same time, there are many small towns, local markets, restaurants and cafés that are perfect for relaxed day trips.

Ideal for longer stays

Casa Isabel was not designed solely as a typical holiday home for a short summer break. As we regularly use the house ourselves, we placed particular emphasis on providing a comfortable and practical setting for longer stays.

A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two bathrooms and plenty of practical facilities make Casa Isabel comfortable even for stays of several weeks.

The Costa Blanca is also attractive outside the main summer season. Its mild Mediterranean climate makes the region a wonderful destination in spring, autumn and winter as well.

Personally maintained and regularly used by the owners

We regularly use Casa Isabel ourselves and take great care of the property. For us, it is important that the facilities are not only attractive but also practical and functional in everyday use.

Our aim is to provide our guests with a holiday home where they can feel comfortable from the very first day – with everything they need for a relaxing and carefree stay.
