Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der sehe schönen Villa von Familie Degen verbracht. Der beheizbare Pool (konstante 26 Grad im Oktober), Whirpool und die Außenküche waren für als Familie die Highlights der Unterkunft. Die Lage zum familienfreundlichen Strand (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) wären perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Degen und der Hausverwaltung verliefen ebenfalls super. Wir würden gerne wieder in der Villa Estepa übernachten, wenn wir mal wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen! Vielen Dank!!

wir waren 3 Wochen in der Villa Espada.Es ist ein sehr schöne Villa mit Top gepflegter Außenanlage und der große Pool. Besonders hat uns gefallen, die gut ausgestattete Außenküche die keine Wünsche offen lässt.Ebenfalls war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Schlüsselübergabe war Problemlos auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend.Es hat uns sehr gefallen, auch die Umgebung und Javea selbst.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Alles ist sehr empfehlendswertR. u. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles top!Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der außerdem sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel war (unsere Ankunftszeit war z.B. schon am Vormittag).Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist genau so wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Lage und Gegend sind perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Family fun in Javea

The property was excellent and even better than the pictures provided.The outside area was the stand out point with various areas to relax or sunbathe. The pool being the highlight which is a great size (could do with being colder).The only minor comment would be that the separate apartment area needs a little more furniture make it feel even more comfortable so perhaps another sofa or rattan furniture set to sit.

Wonderful stay at Villa Espada

Great villa with beautiful gardens and exceptional outside facilities which included an outside kitchen and hot water shower. Location was lovely and peaceful with distant view of the sea and headland. Rainer was the most amazing host and kept in regular to contact to ensure everything went well. Thank you so much.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit riesigem Pool, Jacuzzi, Außenküche und Garten sehr genossen. Bei Ankunft wurde uns von der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort alles gezeigt und erklärt. Der Kontakt zu den sehr netten Gastgebern war unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden direkt nach Buchung vom Eigentümer kontaktiert. Vor Ort eine mehrsprachige Betreuerin welche uns bestens informiert und alles genau erklärt hat und bei weiteren Fragen stehts zur Verfügung stand. Es war sehr sauber. Ein toller Außenbereich, sehr gepflegt mit einer großen Vielfalt an heimischen Pflanzen. Der beheizte große Pool und Jacuzzi runden das Erlebnis ab. Ebenfalls eine komplett eingerichtete Außen Küche, 4 Gasbrenner, Kühlschrank und sogar Spülmaschine und Arbeitsflächen. Photovoltaik auf den Dach. Wir haben diese Villa aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und Außenbereich gewählt. Es war alles genauso wie auf der Webseite kommuniziert. Wir haben schon viele Villen/Apartments rund um den Globus gemietet. Die Villa Espada gehört aufgrund des Gesamtpaketes zu den Top 3. Besten Dank an Rainer, Georgy & Co.

Amazing Large Villa

The outdoor space was fantastic. Unfortunately no water in the jacuzzi and the ping pong table couldn’t be used due to being located in a very hot garage. The stunning sea view would have been years ago when trees were not matured. You are paying for the outdoor space. Not walking distance from the local beaches.

We had the best time

We had the best time, amazing location, really easy to get to the beach and local shops around a 5 min drive. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, I was able to cook and still watch the kids in the pool. The bedroom layout was fab, we were all close and the children felt safe. The communication with the owner was brilliant, very informative, and touched base throughout our stay. It was a great Villa for our family.

Schöne Vills Espada

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Espada. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert und komplett Eingezäunt. Die Outdoor Küche war wunderbar und der Pool ein Genuss. Die Komminikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und zeitnah.

A very nice villa and and a helpful landlord

We spent two weeks in this fantastic house and are extremely pleased with both the location and the facilities that were offered, e.g. pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, etc. In the large pool we spent many lovely hours, the adjacent outdoor kitchen was perfect for both breakfast and dinner or just to be able to go straight up from the pool and get something cooling to drink from the fridge. Everything was perfect and felt well thought out. The area is very quiet, we hardly saw or heard neighbors or passing cars. We had a rental car and always took it on the way down to Arenal beach or further into Javea. Of course it would have been possible to go to the beach, probably about 20 minutes, but as the roads are quite narrow without sidewalks before you reach the "centre", it didn't feel interesting. Our host Rainer was always available if we had questions, as was Georgiana who received us on the day of arrival, very helpful. In summary: A great villa we would be happy to rent again, 10/10!

Amazing villa

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful villa, fully accessible throughout, including shallow steps and a handrail into the pool - which is very hard to find. Everywhere was easy to access so we had one very happy disabled customer. It's a very quiet location, hardly any noise or passing traffic. It's a 20 minute downhill walk into the Arenal area where you will find shops, restaurants and bars aplenty; definitely a taxi back though, these hills are steep! I had planned on hiring a mobility scooter but the location is not suitable for that, the roads are single track and very narrow with no pavements until you get into town so it would have been dangerous to try; the hills were too steep for my wheelchair so I was stuck with taxis which were quite expensive. However the taxi company we used was reliable, friendly and accessible so we were happy to use them. I wouldn't market this as 'car not required', it would have been useful to have a car and would have been cheaper than the multiple taxis we used. But that doesn't take away from the fact that this is an amazing villa and the owner couldn't have been more helpful from day one right through to the end of our holiday. Would I go back? Probably not, but that's mainly because of the location and my particular circumstances of being disabled, the property was first class and I would highly recommend it.

Well Needed Break

Picked this property as it was all on one level. My husband has Parkinson’s and we also had our 1 yr old grandson with us. The villa suited all our needs perfectly, my daughter , son in law and baby stayed in the separate “apartment “ and was great for them. The grounds are beautiful and the outside kitchen is so well equipped that you don’t need to use inside. We love Javea and this villa was the best we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Didn’t want to leave!

We have just spent a month there and loved so much about this villa and the area. Just a short drive or 40 minute walk to Arenal beach which is just humming with great selection of restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach which is perfect for the children. The villa has everything you want for your stay and the outside space is wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. We had such a great time, can’t wait to return.
