"Unfortunately, our experience was poor. The hot tub did not heat up at all. We asked the property manager team to please send someone over to fix the issue from day one but all they kept doing is for us to fix their issue. We wasted a few hrs trying to fix the issue with no results, so we were not able to enjoy what we paid for. The gas grill was unusable due to the fact that has not been cleaned in like six months.
