Third-floor apartment, located in a historic building and overlooking the canal and courtyard.



The accomodation consists of a living area with sofa-bed and open kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, as well as two bedrooms with one single bed and one queen bed each.



The building does not have an elevator.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
