Extraordinario apartamento

Muy buena ubicación, junto al mercado de Rialto, a cinco minutos del puente de Rialto y a dos minutos de la parada de vaporetto de Rialto Mercato. Apartamento muy amplio, muy limpio, muy bien cuidado todo y y silencioso durante la noche. Las habitaciones amplias, camas extra grandes y muy cómodas. Ropa de cama y toallas de calidad. Valentina nos recomendó un restaurante a 1 minuto del apartamento que ha sido un acierto, servicio muy bueno, buena calidad, buen precio y no cobran nada por el servicio. También nos recomendó una cafetería para desayunar porque no queríamos desayunar en el apartamento y también fue muy buena elección, bollería muy buena y muy buen café. Gracias Valentina por tus recomendaciones. Las fotos de la pagina web son fiel reflejo de todas las habitaciones. Nosotros estuvimos en febrero y hacia mucho frió en Venecia en esos días, pero en el apartamento la temperatura era muy confortable por el sistema de calefacción. En definitiva, apartamento muy recomendable. No tengo nada negativo que mencionar.

Property was huge and had plenty of space for everyone. It was in a great location only a few minutes away from Rialto bridge and all sorts of restaurants and attractions. Everything was well appointed.

Venice Apartment

Host was attentive and a great communicator. Provided suggestions on how to best get to property and had someone waiting to meet us when we got off the Water Bus. We were provided with great information as to spots to get great meals, drinks, and helped us to avoid tourist traps.Once we got our bearings it was easy to navigate the sights in Venice we planned to see and to explore the side streets and the roads less traveled.The property was comfortable and spacious, although the common areas were warm as they did not have dedicated AC units like the bedrooms. However, we couldn't complain as after a day full of exploration we were all ready to retire to our bedroom and relax.I would recommend this property and would rent again if our travels take us back to Venice.

Fantastic stay

This was a wonderful property— close to everything but still quiet; clean and exactly like the pictures; and well appointed with everything we might need. It was also huge, with more than enough room for 5 people. Plus Valentina and Irene would incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved every minute and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Welcome to Venezia!

My husband and I brought our 2 teenage sons (16 & 17) for their first trip to Europe, starting in Venice. This home was perfect for our needs - we each had our own room, plenty of living area space for when we needed a short break from sightseeing. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the house was immaculately clean. The location was on a quiet street, just on the edge of the Rialto market area - easy to get to everywhere we wanted to explore.

Wonderful Vacation

The property was in a beautiful location, near many great attractions but far enough to not be in the middle of a tourist trap. Very clean and fantastic communication with the host. We felt very safe and at home. Everything you need was right there. we could not have asked for a better home, location or host!

Fantastic stay, awesome location! Wonderful communication with hosts, Valentina & Mario, complete with personal greeting at boat deck! First visit to Venice, Valentina was so helpful in preparing us for travel options to get to-/from apartment and restaurant selections. Mario kindly assisted with check-in, he was so patient with us. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for our group of 3 couples, WiFi was awesome. We highly recommend this apartment, and will rebook when we come back to beautiful Venezia!

Amazing historical apartment

Beautiful Venice and Valentina

We have fallen in love with Venice. What an amazing city. Our host, Valentina, was the icing on the cake. She was extremely helpful with our accommodating our needs, giving tips for delicious restaurants and made our visit easy. We hope to come back!!

Large Apartment close to Rialto Market

We stayed here for 3 nights October 6-9th and we loved everything about it ! It was clean , spacious, close to everything but also quiet. We had great communication with our host 😊. We definitely hope to return in the future!!!

Huge property in a great location

Spent 2 days here after our cruise. Tip 1: set up a private water taxi when you leave to pick you up from the local hotel right on the water. Worked amazing. We had a leisurely brunch and waited to be picked up and brought to the airport James Bond Style. Tip 2: this a 3rd floor unit so get ready for steps. House itself was huge. Plenary big for 2 families. Great communication and local tips on where to go and how to get there.

You could not ask for a better location! The apartment was the perfect set up for three couples! Had everything we need and more! very large apartment lots of stairs into the apartment! We didn't mind the stairs because the apartment was so much better than we expected!
