  • Hermoso apartamento espacioso en un antiguo palacio completamente restaurado, con vistas al canal de Cannaregio. 40 m 2 con balcón, área de comedor, cocina grande con una segunda área de comedor, dos dormitorios (uno con balcón propio al canal), 2 baños con ducha y lavadora. 3 TV, una en Salone y dos en las dos habitaciones, aire acondicionado, 12 ventanas, muy luminosas.
    Sienta el verdadero ambiente de Venecia, primer piso, muy fácil acceso, a 5 minutos de la estación principal sin escaleras, a 10 minutos de Rialto.

    El apartamento es muy espacioso (100 m²) y tiene pisos típicos de Venecia, entrada clásica y 12 ventanas en total. Una mezcla de muebles antiguos y de alto nivel, cocina de lujo equipada, camas king size, todos los televisores son ambilight y compatibles con teléfonos inteligentes, wifi super rápido con 200MB / seg.

We had a great stay at this very nice and very clean home. The host was so nice and very responsive with plenty of ideas and suggestions about Venice. We highly recommend this place for a fun and seamless stay.

Beautiful location that is walkable from the main train station. Lovely view on the canal in quiet area. Not a far distance to Duomo and other landmarks. Host was lovely and very helpful with tips and answering questions.

The property was very clean, beautifully located on a lively canal that was not loud. There were plenty of places around to get dinner which were excellent. We could walk easily to the train station and there was a vaporetto stop quite close. The pictures represented to the apartment very well.

The apartment was perfect for our two couple group. The location on a canal in Cannaregio was great, combining a quiet neighborhood and local restaurants with easy access to the Vaporetto system. Alessia handled the check/in and check/out process efficiently and was helpful with the apartment details and great recommendations on restaurants, shopping spots, sights and logistical tips.We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and highly recommend the property and Alessia.

Beautiful apartment! Staying here was a dream! Check in was super easy thanks to Ale meeting us and reviewing everything. She also shared some wonderful recommendations around the city for food, gelato, places to visit, etc. The apartment was easy to find, there were not a ton of things to do to check out, and the AC was refreshing after a hot day walking around Venice. There were even snacks, milk, juice and coffee for us, she really went above and beyond. The only downside is that when the restaurant was open, it got quite noisy at night and difficult to sleep. Thankfully we brought a speaker and we were able to turn on some white noise to cover it up. Highly recommend this tactic. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Perfect for our first time to Venice

The property was clean and in a great location. We loved the personal touches given by the host, and it was so helpful meeting with the host as their local knowledge was so helpful.

We had a great stay! The place was as described/pictured, in a great location, and the A/C was amazing. The property manager was great at communicating and provided awesome recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

Picturesque!! Beautiful elegance which I appreciated! Alessia was wonderful, met us at the apartment when we arrived , explained everything, gave us recommendations and even set up our departure water taxi! Wonderful location!

Alessia was an awesome host. She was in constant communication, met us at the flat and provided us with the insider’s scoop on places to go in Venice. The flat is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and the tourist attractions, but off the beaten path.

Super accommodating, great location! Ale was the best. She kept in touch with us, arranged transportation from the airport and recommended places to eat. I would stay here again without any hesitation.
