In the authentic heart of Venice, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square, Apartment in the Heart of Venice is a bright and welcoming apartment, where Venetian charm meets contemporary style enriched by interesting design elements.
Located on the second floor, the apartment overlooks one of the city's characteristic streets. The rooms are large and bright, embellished with refined furnishings, works and decorative details that give personality to the house. The living area is particularly pleasant, with wooden floors, two comfortable sofas, TV, dining table and design accessories that create an elegant but at the same time informal and welcoming atmosphere.
The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes and everything you need to comfortably prepare breakfasts and meals.
The double bedroom is bright and relaxing, with two large windows overlooking the typical Venetian street, wardrobe and a practical desk, also ideal as a workstation. The bathroom, characterized by a modern mosaic coating, has a large bathtub.
The apartment offers free WiFi. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is available to make even the hottest days more comfortable.
A charming solution, with design details and a truly privileged location, perfect for those who want to experience Venice on foot and stay in a well-kept and original environment, just a few minutes from St. Mark's Square.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

House Rules
To guarantee everyone a pleasant stay and with respect for the accommodation, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the quiet, especially in the 22:00 — 08:00 time slot, avoiding noises that may disturb the neighborhood.
No parties or events are allowed.
Only registered guests can stay in the apartment.
The utmost care is required for the furniture, design elements, appliances and all the equipment present.
Before going outside, be sure to turn off lights, stoves, and appliances.
It is mandatory to respect the instructions for separate collection and not to leave waste in the apartment at the end of the stay.
Do not move furniture or decor items without permission.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving the apartment, make sure that the doors and windows are properly closed.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time.
