Great location!

We loved everything about this property, from the location to the private courtyard! The owner was very helpful and very prompt to respond. We would love to stay here again for a longer visit.

The apartment was in a great location! Great to get to see all the sights you want to see! Elizabeth was a great host, very communicative! The apartment itself is amazing with a peaceful terrace and very home away from home feel! We would love to stay again!

Wonderful

The location is terrific-very close to everything in historic Venice. It is spacious and comfortable. The owner was very helpful- meeting us at the dock and walking to the flat.

Awesome Property with Excellent Location!

We loved our stay here! Elizabetta was very helpful, she was in contact with us days before our arrival! The apartment location is excellent and really close to the water taxi station. If we ever go back to Venice, we'll be staying here again.

Beautiful back yard patio.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place that is well-located. We especially liked the backyard patio! Elisabetta was very helpful setting up the water taxi to take us to the airport at 5 a.m.

Cute, comfortable and central.

Loved staying in this apartment. So convenient to everything we wanted to see. It was really comfortable and the patio is amazing when you need a break. Elisabetta was very helpful, even warned us about the daylight savings time change, which we would have completely missed without her help.

Very clean. Beautiful patio. Close to attractions. If you are American, I would recommend bringing a converter so you'll have more outlets to plug in (this was my fault)

Our stay in Venice

Though our time in Venice was too short, we really enjoyed our visit. We are grateful to our gracious host, Elisabetta, for her beautiful accommodations which were perfectly suited for my family and were centrally located to all the attractions which were so easily accessible by walking or by taking the nearby waterbus. Elisabetta was always available and communicated greatly with us throughout our booking as well as during our stay and provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. Thank you again for hosting our stay.

Wonderful stay and fantastic property manager

My husband and I had a great stay at this Venice apartment. We enjoyed the location since close to tons of restaurants and major tourist sites. The property manager Elisabetta was great! She helped with restaurant information and went out of her way to help us with my many inquiries. The outdoor space was super charming but bring bug spray for the mosquitoes.

Great Venice Location

Our stay at Elisabetta’s flat was wonderful. It is well appointed with a lovely patio that was calm and peaceful on a summer evening. Elisabetta is an extremely attentive host who met us at the vaporetto station, walked us to the flat and showed us what we needed to know. But the best part was the location— close to both San Marco and Rialto but removed from the craziness of high tourist season. A lovely little neighborhood with cafe’s and restaurants. Would enthusiastically stay there again.

Spacious and wonderfully cozy apartment within easy walking distances of main attractions areas like san marco. Importantly resides within easy landmarks making navigation a bit easier as well, but aometimes can be busy at night if you are a early bedtime individual. Elisabetta was quick and easy to communovate with. She was a wealth if information and naswered all questions including questions about best ways to get around thenl city and which taxi boat dropoff/pickups to choose. Honestly, she was one of the best host we have had on our trip in Europe, whoch makes a big difference. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay!

Our first time in Venice and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. The location was great for walking everywhere. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of room for us. Elisabetta, our host, was amazing! She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure our stay was fabulous. She arranged transportation to and from the train station, gave us wonderful recommendations and responded very quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice!

Top notch host and great property

The property is as advertised and very clean. The garden is a joy after sightseeing and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. The host is a marvel. She provided information on where to eat and get groceries and in our case arranged a water taxi to take us to the airport. She usually responds within minutes of making a request.

The apartment was great, big enough for my family of four. Elisabetta went out of her way to help my family during a train strike. We weren’t quite sure what to do and she called for us to get the train status and assist with next steps. Thank you Elisabetta!

Perfect for short holiday in Venice!

Communication with our host, Elizabetta, was awesome from the time of booking through the end of our stay! We had never been to Venice before, and she was super helpful in getting our water taxi reservations, and explaining the process. We had unforseen delays getting to the city, and Elizabetta remained 'on call' to ensure our arrival went smoothly. The apartment was small, but quaint. It was perfect for our short atay. The location was amazing. It was a short walk to St Mark's square, and there was shopping, bars, and restaurants very nearby. We lo ed our time in Venice, and we truly appreciated all the help feom Elizabetta!

This is a challenging review to write because some elements of our stay were outstanding and others were poor. The location of the apartment is perfect. Very centrally located. Easy to walk everywhere. There is some noise from above and people passing by, but nothing that prevents sleeping, etc. The patio is charming, even in cold weather. Elisabeth, the host, could not be more helpful. She arranged for our water taxi upon arrival and departure and even went out of her way to arrange an evening sight seeing water taxi for us on New Year's Day. The down side was that the apartment was not clean. Lots of dust on furniture, sticky something on the counter and most concerning there were alot of black hairs a number of places---on the floor, in the shower, on the sheets on the pull out. I had to wash the sheets the evening of our arrival to feel comfortable with our daughter sleeping there. One additional note: the apartment says it sleeps 4. The beds are really designed for 3 people. The bedroom has a double bed (for 2) and the pullout in the living rom is really only meant for 1 person--unless you are using it for 2 young children.

Location was great. A short walk to accommodation from water taxi.

Elisabetta met us at the water bus to greet us and walk us to accommodation. Check in was a breeze. Apt was as expected. Location was awesome and close to restaurants and coffee shop. The patio out back was awesome to have coffee or cocktails in the evening. Lots of shopping. The only negative is would be nice to have a bench or suitcase stand. There is no room in bedroom for the suitcases so we had to leave them in the hallway. There was a closet though to hang up clothes.

Amazing stay with an amazing host!

This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Venice. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot around the corner, less than a 30 second walk. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. The host, Elisabetta, was amazing. She allowed us to check in late after our train was delayed, and offered us plenty of recommendations and advice. She was truly great. A MUST STAY! Thank you, Elisabetta, for everything! Truly a seamless and worry free experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful gem of an apartment!

What a beautiful apartment decorated in historic Venetian style. We were so comfortable staying there and expezially loved the private courtyard. It was a short walk to San Marco square and the vaporetta stops. Super well equipped kitchen. We honestly could not have been more comfortable. But as important of the quality of the rental is, it’s often the host that really makes the experience wonderful. Elisabetta went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the property as well as get back to the airport. She couldn’t have made it easier for us. Her communication is excellent. We hope to stay there again.

Great stay in San Marco

Located in an old building in San Marco very near a vaporetto stop, the apartment is small but clean and comfortable and well-maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and include all the necessary equipment. The courtyard is a nice spot for morning coffee while planning the day. There’s even a bug-zapper wand for the ever-present mosquitos. (Why are window screens so uncommon in Venice??) Great proximity to St Mark’s square, as well as the Accademia area. Easy access to shops and restaurants and gelaterias. Communication was great from start to finish, questions were answered promptly by text or through the website. The host met us at the vaporetto and walked us to the apartment. We were able to check in early and avoid the need to store bags after arriving in the city. Highly recommended!
