A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof landing overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house.
Easy to reach either by water taxi or public transport: Vaporetto 4.2 and 5.2 from Piazzale Roma car terminal or from Santa Lucia train station.

No bridge to cross with your luggage to reach the apartment from the nearest water bus stop ( Madonna dell’ Orto, 100 mt away).
The apartment is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays.
