Ilaria and her staff where excellent hosts, helping us with any questions and also to navigate the water taxi to and from the airport. Then location couldn't have been any better! We would stay here again!

A wonderful apartment with an incredible view of the Rialto Bridge. We watched the Historical Regatta from the apartment windows - Amazing! The location is perfect. All major sites, the water taxi, and grocery stores are within walking distance. We would return in a heartbeat!

Family of 6 - Highly Recommend

Amazing location, great communication with the property owner who arranged a water taxi from the airport, met us at the dock and helped us with our luggage. They arranged a water taxi to the train station at the end as well. Apartment was quiet at night despite location next to the bridge. Perfect place to stay for a larger family not looking to book multiple rooms at a hotel. Highly recommend

Amazing stay in Venice

If you are having any doubts about this property, drop them. This place was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The location was incredible. Easy walks to the ferry for Burano, the Basilica, the markets and the eateries. We had a group of 7, and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax, dependable Wi-Fi, good kitchen space. No issues with noise being so close to the Rialto Bridge. We had an issue with a tripped breaker (too many steamers and hairdryers going at once), but the host was quick to respond and we had the issue corrected in a timely fashion. I would have no reservations about staying in this location and if we come back, I would stay again!!

Epic Grand Canal facing flat

Nine guest slept comfortably. Updated furnishing, complimentary snacks, plenty of room, and amazing location. Host wS an excellent communicator. She arranged water taxis from the airport and to the train station. Excellent meal right outside the door and great service. We highly recommend it was wonderful. Pack light it is on the top floor with many stairs.

Top Notch!

Ilaria was a wonderful host, kept in good communication with us before, during and after our stay. She readily assisted with our transportation needs and was very accommodating. Awesome location & super spacious

The view of the Rialto Bridge is amazing and being so close to water taxi service is quite an advantage. It's very busy around here so if you are looking for total peacefulness than this is not the property for you. The only criticism we have is the showers. The temperatures go up and down and the water pressure needs improvement. I realize this is old infrastructure but we have stayed many places in Europe that were able to correct better for that. Beyond that, the apartment is beautiful and spacious and Ileria was super responsive and she even leaves you some welcome treats! Such a nice touch! Take the private water taxi she arranges- it is like riding into Venice from a James Bond movie!! Wonderful property!

Perfect location for our stay in Venice. My teenage son loved to upstairs bedroom. Ilaria was super helpful arranging transportation for us in the wee hours of the morning!

Amazing Host and Stay!

Bravo!!! We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment, overseeing the Rialto Bridge! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our host and her son were so accommodating, they met us at the apartment and provided tons of guidance and support! They even secured us water taxis to and from the train station and airport! Best view ever!

Staying right outside the Rialto bridge was fantastic. The views from the apartment made you feel part of it without being in the crowds! The place was roomy and clean and had some small nice amenities to make our stay delightful The third floor was a little tough for us however upon arrival they were extremely helpful getting our luggage up to the top . The owner was incredibly responsive prior to us arriving and also during the stay. Friendly. Helpful and even recommended transportation for us. We will stay here again! If we ever get back to Italy!! Grazie!

Great location

This rental was exactly as described, and it was in the perfect location. It was very clean and uncluttered. The only thing people need to be aware of is you have to carry your suitcases up three flights of stairs. The host was very proactive and very helpful.

Amazing place and location!

Amazing! Super place, great location…we just sat there many times watching out the window. You can’t get a better place. You are located right by so many caffe’s and eateries. The beds are very comfortable. You have your own personal AC. Plenty of room. And Ilaria was the greatest host. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Everything was wonderful! Our host made arrangements for us to get from airport to the property. We were greeted at the dock, escorted to the apartment. The location was perfect! Apartment clean, beautiful, comfortable, air conditioned. Couldn’t have asked for more. Our host was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this property!
