I can't say enough great things about our stay here. From the quick responses from Jane who assisted us in getting both train station and airport transportation, to the location, to the place itself. Probably one of the nicest places that my family has stayed in. So many things within walking distance. In fact, some of the best restaurants that we are at were less than a minute walk from the apartment. Also, Michael took us for a boat ride and we were able to watch the fireworks from the boat in the lagoon. What a magical experience. Thank you and we would definitely stay here again!!

This property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was immaculate and located in an area that allowed you to walk to restaurants, shops & historic sites. It was a wonderful combination of modern and traditional. Our host, Jane, was very responsive & helpful. I highly recommend this property.

This is an exceptional apartment in an equally exceptional neighborhood. Jane was gracious and very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Pictures do not do it justice. We had the very best experience and will surely return. Five stars all around.

Perfect! Jane was the best VRBO host we’ve ever had. Very communicative from booking until our check out. Jane even personally arranged our water taxi given our complete ignorance as to that process. She even did so in person for our departure to ensure excellent service.The apartment was immaculately clean, well stocked with linens and cookware, and quite luxurious. It is centrally located with shops and restaurants within a couple minutes.Jane's son, Michael, met us when we arrived to walk us to the apartment and show us the features. Michael was also very helpful with other suggestions and recommendations...be sure to take advantage of him as a resource.

Upscale apartment with lots of charm. It has been well maintained; excellent air conditioning; very clean. Our host,Jane, was most accommodating, and helped us arrange transportation both from the airport and to our cruise ship at Fusina a few days later. We also enjoyed meeting her son, Michael, who took us on a boat tour of both Murano and Burano. Would not hesitate to rent this again the next time we come to Venice.

Excellent host with excellent apartment away from crowds

This was a wonderful place to stay in Venice. Family of 6 with 4 kids that don't want to share a bed (18, 15, 15, 13). It was incredibly hot and humid but air conditioning worked great. Very expensive Murano glass fixtures all over the place -- classic decor. Excellent affordable food close by; great coffee shop and gelato place (higher rated than the "popular" places on the crowded path between Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Turn right out of the door, cross the bridge and walk about 30 seconds. Great sandwiches and pastries for breakfast and awesome final Gelato of the day before ending the day.Jane is a fantastic host; Communicates very quickly. Her son Michael does private tours of Murano/Burano -- you get VIP treatment. Do it. At the glass blowing demonstration, everybody else was hot on bleachers; we had cold water at a reserved table next to the Master. We also got to tour the actual blowing workshop (didn't see anybody "public" in that area). He gave us options for lunch. The best part about his tour was that he worked around us -- a long or as little time as we wanted. So much better than a big group tour. And his prices were cheaper than other private tours.Jane arranged transfers from the airport and back -- to give you an idea on prices, compared to prices via Whatsapp directly with the taxi companies, it was 10% cheaper. If I could have 1 thing, I would wish for onsite washer/dryer, but there is a laundrymat 2 mins away.Thanks, Jane and Michael!

What a special place. It was a privilege to stay here on this trip with our three young adult children. Jane and Luigi gave boat-to-door service. Micheal’s boat trip was delightful. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee, milk, juice, plenty of cooking supplies. A/C worked well. Overall a beautifully renovated place but with timeless architecture and decor. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Jane was very welcoming and helpful with connecting us to services etc. Michael, her son does a great tour of Murano, Burano etc very nice guy and well connected to get you what you want to see.Nespresso compatible coffee machine and kettle - yay! Great apartment in Venice

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was perfect and just like the pictures. Jane was great and met us at the boat to take us to the apartment. Her son, Michael, took us on a private boat tour of Murano and Burano and I would highly recommend. Overall we had a perfect stay in Venice

Fabulous flat in Venice

The owners were so kind and met us at our boat to show us how to get to the apartment and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. They arranged a boat for us when we were leaving to get to the airport. And their son took us on a wonderful tour of Murano and abutano. Thanks darling thank you honey.It was a fabulous stay and we hope to visit again!

Great location!

Everything was very clean and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Lots of space for our family of 7. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We did a visit to the nearby islands with Jane’s son which was great! Overall had a great time!

Ideal Location with Balcony!

Super helpful host, Jane, helped us with our transfers (water taxis), and answered all of our questions. The real gem here is the apartment itself with its balcony on a canal. Gorgeous chandeliers, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out for our family of 6. Highly recommended!

This aparment was wonderful! Seven adults joined me for a 50th birthday bash during Carnivale! The location was perfect, far enough for the crowds yet easy to walk to everything. The apartment is spacious and comfortably accomodated 7 adults. The apartment exeeded expectations every room has a water view! Jane was respinsive and kind. Her son Michael was a wonderful suprise arrangung our water taxis to and for the airports and train stations. He was also able to arrange a private boat to Murano and Burano for a day. We also road to one of our parties in a traditinal boat around the island Michael arranged for us. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again!room has a vie

Luxurious Venetian property!

A most stunning property!! Truly over the top! Located at the confluence of two canals which you can view from the fifteenth century balcony. In a quieter section of Venice but a few minute walk to everything you want to see and do! It has an open dining and living space with a huge Murano glass chandelier and authentic Venetian architecture. Very elegant and grand, yet all modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms! Plenty of room for six adults and one child. The AC was nice and strong and quite welcome in the August heat! The host Jane was super responsive and even helped me to set up transportation to the airport when I encountered a glitch. Her son Michael met us at the water taxi stop on our arrival and helped to get us settled and we booked a lovely day with him to explore the islands of Murano and Burano! It was one of the highlights of our trip! I highly recommend this property and a day trip with Michael!

This is the most beautiful property. We had two families with 4 children and it was perfect. The location is great and my daughter felt like a princess sitting on the balcony overlooking the canal. The hosts were very responsive and kind and we really appreciated it.

Hidden Gem

This property is spectacular assuming you want a real Venice experience. It is everything you want - on canal, well located to shopping and landmarks, spacious, and the owner/managers (especially Jane and her husband) could not be better. It made our stay very special.

What a great stay in Venice!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Jane was very prompt in our communications. She had her son meet us at the water bus stop and take us to her villa, as we were late and she had to work. She also set up a water taxi return to the airport. The Villa is beautiful with plenty of room for up to 4 couples. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Visiting Venice before our cruise to Croatia

Perfect

This property and its crew set the bar at an unparalleled level. Location, condition and responsiveness of proprietor deserve every star. Attention to detail is impressive, from the crispness of sheets in the bedrooms to sharpness of knives in the kitchen. This place gives VRBO a good name.
