Spacious apartment of approximately 92 square meters located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator (a few steps to access it), which can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

The apartment is in a convenient location: just a few minutes’ walk from the Mestre train station and the city center.

The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away.



The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a veranda.

- KITCHEN with gas stove, table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses. Veranda;

- BATHROOM with bathtub and shower, bidet, and toilet;

- VERANDA with table and chairs, washing machine.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The bus stop for line 15 is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, and it takes about 11 minutes by car or public transportation to reach the city of Venice. Paid parking is available on the street. The apartment is easily accessible from the Venice and Treviso airports, the Mestre train station, and the highway.
