I’m almost reluctant to say how great this place was because I want to make sure it’s available whenever I go back. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Incredibly spacious, in a fantastic location, and easily accessible. There isn’t anything one would long for inside the apartment that isn’t already there. They have the best quality towels and toiletries. Every kind of kitchen utensil and small appliances one could need. It was dead, silent inside the apartment with blackout shades in the bedrooms. I was concerned about how to navigate all the water taxis I needed to hire to get to various meetings and events, but Catarina took care of everything at a moments notice. I was always available for any of our needs. When I heard the laundry room was down on the bottom floor I was a bit concerned and then when we saw how beautiful the room was with everything you need to wash clothes and dry them, it was perfect. I highly recommend anyone staying at this place. They surely would not regret it, and we will surely be back.

Ideal 2 BR Rental in Venice

This may have been the best rental we have ever stayed in. This two bedroom was perfect for me, my wife and our adult daughter. The BRs were good-sized and situated in such a way that you could have privacy if desired. The kitchen and living room areas were comfortable and provided plenty of space and having a powder room was a nice bonus. The quality of the materials and the amenities was superb. This apartment is on the third floor, but there is an elevator, so accessibility is not a concern. Full-sized washers and dryers are available for guests off of the lobby on the ground floor, and umbrellas are provided if needed. Check in and check out were very easy. Catarina met us at the water taxi stand two minutes walk from the property, and we were able to leave our bags in the ground floor common room for a few hours after we checked out.The apartment is on a quiet square with a couple of decent eating options, and the next square over offers several more places. St. Marks is a 10 minute walk in one direction and the Rialto Bridge a 15 minute walk in the other.The only potential negative is that you could hear the tenants in the apartment above this one if they are being loud. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you worry about that, the answer is probably just to rent the 4th floor apartment instead of this one since the entire building is operated by the company. We also stayed in one of their properties in Florence, and that was great too.Highly recommended.

Exceptional Home!

This is hands down the best vacation rental that I have stayed at. It is beyond comfortable. The apartment is situated on a relatively quiet piazza, so there is plenty of light. It is beautifully finished with high-end appliances and furnishings, the location is perfect, and the property manager, Views on Venice, is excellent

This was a fantastic property. We enjoyed the central location, the bright living space and the beaultifully decorated apartment. It worked well for our stay in Venice for two nights with my nephew.

Great Location!

What a wonderful apartment. Great location, on a quiet square, but a very short walking distance to all the excitement. Would definitely recommend. Enrica was also very helpful, kind and thorough with our check in process!

Excellent, well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment in a central location. Sleeps 4 with ease in two double rooms with generously sized and impressively decorated en-suite bathrooms. Beds in these rooms are super comfortable. Can sleep 6 using a large pull out double bed in the living room, plus... there's a 3rd, large, toilet & washbasin room next door to the living room if you want to sleep 6. Location is perfect: most of Venice's main sights are within an easy walk. A faultless and better than expected experience and, as a result, we'd have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Beautiful apartment

We cam to Venice with our 16 year old son. The apartment was recently renovated, clean and well-decorated. There are two large bedrooms with large bathrooms. The location is a short walk to San Marco and lots of stores and restaurants. However, it is somewhat longer walk (10-15 minutes) to larger grocery store and vaporetti (water buses). We highly recommend the apartment. We definitely want to come back!

Outstanding Property-Wish we spent more time there!

Everything about this property was just as described in the listing. It was super clean and conveniently located near great shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very helpful, she arranged the water taxi from the train station and met us at our dock. She showed us the property and explained everything. At checkout, she was right on time. The apartment was so nice-we had to FaceTime our friends! Pictures don’t do it justice. The elevator takes you directly to your apartment-accessible with your unique code (no need for keys). Also it was super quiet. Washer/dryers (2 each) are located in basement. They are new and nice -just like everything else.

Beautiful apartment in Venice

The property manager was extremely welcoming, helped us arrange water taxis, greeted us at the pier and answered all our questions regarding the neighborhood. The apartment is located in a convenient area. Beautiful aprtment, would definitely teturn again!

Un superbe appartement à Venise à mi chemin de la place St Marc et du Rialto

Après une dizaine de séjours à Venise, je crois que je n'ai jamais vu plus bel appartement : partie communes impeccables et neuves, ascenseur donnant directement dans l'appartement, pièces remarquablement lumineuses donnant sur la place San Maurizzio, La décoration est neuve et très agréable. La literie est toute neuve. Les salles de bains sont entièrement neuves. La cuisine est indépendante et toute neuve avec tout le confort souhaitable. Note seul regret : ne pas avoir pu rencontrer la propriétaire pour la remercier de la qualité et de l'entretien de son appartement. Une merveille qui donne envie de revenir.
