The property is in a great location. it would have been nice if the owners disclosed that they were under construction. We had to walk through the the construction every time we came or left. We came home one day and it was like walking through a dust storm.

Beautiful View

The Venice apartment was stunning!!!!The views out of the 6 balconies were magnificent! The location couldn’t have been better… very close to coop, shops, restaurants and the grand canal! We felt very safe as the unit has a keyed gate to enter the building prior to entering the apartment. Venice was very hot when we were there. The AC is good - not as cold as what we are use to in US, but definitely good enough. We would definitely stay again! They also had a fan which was helpful. There were 2 individuals that assisted us during our stay and they both were fantastic (Amir and Erica)! They booked our transfer to and from the airport for us which was nice to not have to worry about that. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Winter holiday in Venice

We recently stayed in this spacious apartment in Venice over the holidays, and it was perfect for our family of five. The apartment features two full bedrooms, plus a small one that worked wonderfully for placing a crib for our toddler. It offered plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed.The highlight for us were the canal-facing balconies. Watching the gondolas glide by was a truly magical experience, and it added an extra touch of Venice charm to our stay. 3 bathrooms made things much easier with the kids. The apartment’s location was also ideal. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions, yet close enough that we could easily return in the middle of the day to rest before heading out for dinner. Having the option of a washer/dryer combo was a huge plus, and it worked well for us during our stay.In terms of comfort, the heating system functioned well, but we opted not to use it as we prefer cooler spaces and simply opened the windows to let in the fresh air. If I had to mention a couple of minor drawbacks: the indicator lights on the light switches were quite bright at night, which was a bit disruptive for us as we like a darker environment when sleeping. Also, the interior stairs were a bit steep, without a sturdy railing, which was concerning because of our toddler. Something to be mindful of if traveling with young child. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this apartment for families.

Beautiful palazzo on the canal

The villa was a perfect location for our stay in Venice. Our host was able to arrange private water taxi from the airport and met us upon arrival at the villa. It was beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. It was spacious and comfortable. The balconies from each room were lovely for watching the gondolas along the canal. Great central location for exploring Venice however our only complaint is that there was a lot of noise in the morning from the garbage boat servicing the hotel across the canal.

Excellent!

The location can't be beat. Minutes to just about everything. We especially liked exploring the Castello area, which was a bit quieter. The views from the four balconies were awesome! Water taxi from the airport the way to go! The VOV staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Very professional. A fabulous experience!

Venice Palazzo

Beautiful huge property right on a canal. We had 5 balconies! Very spacious and being in the cooler months, heating was great. The location was perfect. Close to San Marco and Rialto areas. We arrived by air into Venice and opted for the private water taxi that dropped us off right at the property. Also used it for the trip back to the airport. I thought the ride was a bit pricey but in the grand scheme of things well with it. Loved the space of the apartment. Would highly recommend!!

Luxury in Venice

This was a fantastic apartment for 2 couples. We had tons of common space and the bedrooms offered total privacy. If this is in your budget you will NOT be disappointed. Great location, close to all the major sites. Also 2 balconies to look out on the canal was a great plus. Definably would recommend.

Lovely space with ample room, large sound proof bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Easy access by water taxi! Only real negative was the front door keys were a bit difficult to use - often took multiple tries to open the door. But overall was very happy with our stay

Nice, but very hot inside apartment

We rented this space in large part due to a/c as one in our party has medical issues and needs a cooler space. Apartment is a duplex with living space on upper floor. It was exceedingly hot in entire apartment, especially the living space such that we could not sit there at night as it was too hot. We were told this is due to regulations limiting a/c, but reality is that systems are not strong enough for space - I don’t think it ever dropped below 80 - 82 F during our stay. Apartment was very nice and location was great but due to excessive heat inside apartment it was always uncomfortable. Manager and check in were great. 5 stars but for heat - at beat 3 stars because of it.

Venice Vacation

Great property on a canal. We enjoyed watching the gondolas go by everyday and listening to gondoliers serenade gondola riders. It was a dream. The apartment was super spacious and perfect for our family. Very clean and the location was fabulous. It was a short walk to San Marco Square and very close to Teatro La Fenice. Would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Venice is Amazing!

The best way to sum it up is I wish we had more time at this property. It delivered in every way you can think of. Amazing rooms. Amazing location. Amazing views. Annalisa was so helpful at all time a before and during our stay. She can arrange a private water taxi to and from the house. Believe me you want to do this from the airport and back! The house is so close to St. Marks Square and centrally located for anything and everything else you want to do from eating to shopping to sight seeing. Super clean place. Very nicely decorated. Can’t say enough good about the place and Annalisa. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO VENICE ONE DAY AND STAY HERE AGAIN! Thanks!!!

AMAZING property! This two level apartment is perfectly located. We will be suggesting to friends.

The booking process was a breeze. This unit is so spacious. The photos do not even compare to how large these rooms really are. All of the furniture, fixtures and lighting are brand new and stunning. We loved every minute of our time in Venice , in large part to this property. Imagine staying inside the 16th century palace belonging to a Venetian Doge! The booking agent Caterina was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and coordinating transportation. Having a concierge on site was an added plus as well. Thank you Elvis! We will return someday!

Spectacular Apartment in the Heart of Venezia

Fantastic stylist and large 2 BR apartment in the center of Venice. Photos from the website are accurate. Great service from the host. Balconies overlooking the adjacent canal in every room. Relatively recent renovation and very clean. Accessible via a private and quiet courtyard. Definitely take the water taxi from the airport that drops off at the lobby of the building. The host will arrange in advance for you. Stellar experience.

Absolutely Wonderful start to finish🎉

Cannot say enough GREAT things about our experience in this property!!! We were met by Bernardo, who was incredibly thorough and helpful with our check-in! He helped with luggage, restaurant suggestions and made sure we knew the ins and outs of this perfect, clean, perfectly located & beautiful property!
