Absolutely stunning home in such a beautiful location with so many amenities, you’ll want to stay on the front balcony and sip coffee all day and just watch the world go by. Helpful hosts and convenient to restaurants, shops, and right on a canal so you can literally get a water taxi to your door. Simply bellissimo!

This house was unbelievable! It’s like time stood still. Amazing condition. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable (about 1 mile to San Marco Square). Great property management. They helped us with any arrangements we needed. They arranged a water limo tour ending in a gondola ride. Well worth it. We’d stay there again.

Beautiful Place in Great Location

Unit was beautifully decorated but some elements outdated. Upstairs terrace was a highlight as it provided a wonderful place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the canal activity. The big shortcoming was the mattresses. They were very hard and no one slept well. Gotta fix these!

The other reviews do a great job of conveying this rental's great location and local experience. To provide a complete picture, one must note that checkout is at 10 am, and there is only one bath towel in each bathroom. Several light bulbs have burned out and have not been replaced. This should not dissuade you from selecting this house, but it helps to know this going in.

Amazing stay in Venice!!!

If I could give the home more than 5 stars, I would. We had everything that we needed and the home is right on a canal. We would sit on the patio after a long day of exploring and watch the gondolas come down the canal with all of their passengers! We were wishing walking distance of everything but far enough way from the hussle and bussle if the grand canal traffic. Amazing house and amazing stay!!

Property is in a great location. Complete price should have been disclosed as well as the description of the house. The 3rd bedroom is a single bed and a cot, this was very disappointing. Washer/Dryer was absolutely the worst. The house was great just disappointed in what was the truth.

Beautiful home in great location

We visited Venice as part of a multi country family journey. The city and accommodations were our favorite! Plenty of room with the best air-conditioning in all of Europe! Quiet neighborhood on a canal with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Neighborhood festival was going on during our visit. Not in touristy area so we felt like we really experienced Venice. Highly recommend!

Great Venetian Stay

We absolutely loved this house. The location was perfect for us….walkable to all the action, even with 4 year olds, but set away from the touristy chaos. Our best moments were in this quiet neighborhood. The house itself accommodated our family of 6 beautifully and was lovely and comfortable. We ended up locking ourselves out one night and the management company sent someone right over to meet us with a key at the restaurant where we were having dinner, and truly went above and beyond. We would be so happy to stay here again. Thank you!

Venice luxury apartment

This property is in a great location and provides all the amenities you need to have a comfortable, safe base for exploring Venice. Though we walked nearly everywhere and took the commercial water buses using our passes - the property includes easy access on a canal so private water taxis can also be used! A real gem for exploring Venice with all the amenities!!

One of a kind!

This is a unique Venice home, beautiful and in the perfect location. Interior is beautiful and very Venetian. Our only complaint is the beds were incredibly hard and no one slept well because of those. Fortunately the home and its location made that worth it!

Romantic Venice

Absolutely stunning property 100 meters south of the grand canal in Santa Croce. Very private campo on the edge of a small picturesque canal. The location is quiet and easily accessible to all of Venice. The house is literally museum quality with a lovely veranda overlooking the campo and canal. We loved everything about this place!

Amazing Stay in Gorgeous Villa on Quiet Venice Canal

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa which is right on a small canal in Venice. The villa is exactly pictured in the photos -- spacious, luxurious, beautiful. You basically have your own two story house in a nice, quiet section of Venice. I believe it's in the Santa Croce section. It's great area because it's only a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and a 10 minute walk to the Santa Lucia train station. We flew into Venice and were able to book a private water taxi which drops you off right at the house (just tell them to go to Campo San Zan Degola). Lots of great restaurants just a short walk away. The house was perfect. Marina was able to check us in a couple hours early since the house was already cleaned and available. She showed us all around the house and made sure we were able to log into WiFi. The two main bedrooms are upstairs (each have full bathrooms and showers). And there's a bedroom with a twin size bed downstairs and another bathroom. Tip: in the front office area on the main floor, there's a couch which also pulls out to a bed, so if you need 4 separate beds (which we needed), this place works out perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend this house and will definitely request to stay here again next time I visit Venice. Grazie mille!

A Venetian Beauty

This home transports you immediately to the grandeur of Venice. It is so welcoming and relaxing but very well appointed. The private courtyard couldn't be more inviting. Unfortunately we were only able to stay for two days. Two days or two weeks - this is the one to choose!

Absolute Perfection!!!!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures! Every detail from the perfection of the craftsmanship to the extraordinary glass light fixtures was a stunning surreal backdrop for our Venetian vacation. The several mini split AC all worked so well. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were a plus. Refrigerator with ice machine and cold water. Courtyard infront of the house was quiet. Private patios were filled with lush plants and perfect for a morning coffee. Would not change a single thing!!!!
