Fue una gran estancia. El Airbnb perfecto para nuestra familia con 2 hijos de 3 y 4 años. La llegada al apartamento estuvo facil con el apoyo de los que manejan la propiedad y nos proporcionaron información valiosisima para nuestra estancia. Seguro nos volveriamos a quedar.

Great property in restored building and great location.Far enough away from tourist areas to dine local, but close enough to walk to many of the key attractions. Bed was great. ...A few considerations that are not super important considering the location and facilities are a 10;It does have a low ceiling beam in the unit, I easily bumped my 6.0 head. The laundry is a Shared' 3rd floor area and limited to 8am to 8pm which made it limited and competative to use. The 1 dryer was super slow, so plan for that.

Extraordinary rental for our family of four! Perfect, central location in Venice, optional additional services provided like arranging private water taxi from airport to central Venice (very highly recommend), extremely hospitable and accessible staff (thank you Luca!) and canal views with a perfectly modernized apartment with all amenities (hot water pot, coffee, fridge). We only had two nights in Venice and this location was perfect for our very quick stay. Very highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this home, perfect location, AC was great with the summer heat and shower was the best of our entire trip around Europe. Great service to pick up from the Rialto ferry and info on home and area. Would recommend 100%.

Amir was great and picked us up from the water taxi and walked us back to the apartment and was really helpful offering us some great sights to not miss sèing in Venice. Great location and both rooms have a canal view, gorgeous! Woukd definitely stay here again, if we return to Venice.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at this property. It is spacious, immaculate and the best thing was the gondolas gliding by your windows!The apartment was nice and cool with the AC which was wonderful during the August heat!I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great communication with the property manager. We were met at the vaporetto stop and guided to the apartment. My daughter would have sat in the window for hours watching the gondolas in the canal, except that we wanted to explore the city. It was a quiet location, but easy to get where we wanted to go.

A perfect getaway

Wonderful stay in Venice! The apartment was awesome and we would highly recommend it. Great communication prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping and site seeing all nearby. We love this place!

Fabulous property. Great location.

Loved it. 2 bedrooms with excellent beds. Large main room with good European style kitchen. Bathroom was delightful, with extra large bath & shower. Our apartment was on the water level and we had gondolas leisurely sliding by outside our windows singing Italian songs! Charming. Hosts communication was superb. They obviously deal with guest with high standards.Great stay.

Fantastic stay in a 500 year old build with all the mode conveniences.

My son and I rented this amazing property for 2 nights. We were so thrilled when the property manager opened up the door to the apartment seeing the beautiful Terrazzo floors, clean and inviting, the location was perfect and the views from both bedrooms overlooking the canal were great. No musty smell! We had everything that we needed and wanted and even some that we didn’t know we did. The check-in procedure was super easy and really appreciated the Manager meeting us at Renalto water bus stop. The property manager helped to arrange for a cooking class as well as a special Marino glass demonstration. It was absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to rent this place again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic

Communication from property manager was excellent all the way through a personal meeting for arrival. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is bigger and more attractive than the pictures. New, stylish, and clean. Great location with views of side canal. Some of the early service boats make noise at 6 am on weekdays so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment

The apartment is pretty small but worked great for our family. The location was outstanding - just a few minutes walk from Rialto and San Marco. The check-in process was very smooth. The management company booked our water taxi to and from the airport. Someone met us where the taxi dropped us off and even helped us with our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is beautiful. It is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic- only a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s and the Accademia Bridge but in a quiet alley off the main squares. There is some noise when people are in the apartment overhead but it did not bother us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
