Great location near San Marco Piazza. The apartment is very clean and spacious, Special callout to our host, Serena, who is extremely helpful and responsive, and helping us to settle down. Two flights of stairs is a little challenge but that's just Venice. The only very minor drawback is that it may be a little noise from the music from the nearby restaurant on early night for early sleeper, but it is very quiet after the restaurant closed.

Great apartment and location

If you want to stay close to the San Marco Piazza this is the apartment for you. A great location and close to all the sights. The apartment was clean and perfect for a couple. Serena was lovely to meet us to show us the apartment and gave us helpful tourist hints and recommendations.

Great location near San Marco with easy access to Venice’s many attractions. Wonderful apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Serena was an excellent host, very accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs. Most highly recommended and would love to stay there again!

Wonderful apparment 5 minutes from St Marco

We spent a wonderful 5 days in Venice. The appartment is clean, pleasant and well furnished. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from St Marco. Serena, our host, gave us clear indications on our arrival. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We highly recommend the place.

This is the one!

Nice Apartment in a great location. Many restaurants and shops right outside the door. Easy walking to St Mark's 5 minutes and Rialto less than 10 minutes. Close to a nice market and plenty of dishes and small appliances for anything you might want to cook. Serena was a great host!

Minutes away from St. Mark's, but hidden in a quiet corner.

The apartment was minutes away from St Mark's Plaza, yet in a quiet plaza. It's two flights up with a view of the activity below. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and there are two grocery stores nearby. It's a great place for two people to stay comfortably. Buy fresh seafood at the Rialto Bridge and cook a great meal in your own kitchen. Serena was a.very good host. She met us at the vaporetto stop and guided us through the maze of Venetian streets to the apartment. Serena kept in touch throughout our stay and answered our tourist questions about her city. We'd happily stay in the apartment again.

Wonderful Apartment, Wonderful Experience!

My husband and I stayed in Serena's one-bedroom apartment and it was wonderful! It is beautifully maintained, large, bright, super-clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect--close to Piazza San Marco, shopping, restaurants and a short distance to the boat lines. Serena was easy to work with when we set up our visit. We were met at the Rialto stop by an acquaintance of Serena who was very pleasant and helpful--she also spoke fluent English, which was great since we speak no Italian! We highly recommend Serena's apartment and hope to stay there again!

A lovely clean, bright, spacious apartment in a great location

Serena x 2 were so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Altho we didn’t eat in much the apartment was well equipt if we wanted too. The location was brilliant retaining a piece of traditional Italy whilst being minutes away from St Marks and Rialto Bridge. Thank you so much Serena. P.s Coffee machine was also a nice touch

You can not go wrong staying here. Excellent location and nice apartment. Serena met us and took us to the apartment and was very helpful. Even included a bottle of champagne. I would recommend it.

Great location!

Serena was extremely helpful on all levels. She was very responsive via text and WhatsApp. 5 minute walk to St Marks. Only suggestion is that they put foam layer on bed top. Otherwise, wonderful!

Great location in Venice

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location near St. Mark's Square. Serena was very easy to work with throughout the process of renting and communicating about our arrival. She met us at the Rialto Bridge stop for the water shuttle and walked us to the apartment, did a great job of showing us the features of the apartment, and provided a map of the city which we kept with us at all times. She provided recommendations for restaurants, in addition. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location! Steps from Piazza San Marco!

This apartment is in the perfect location in Venice. Located just steps from the Piazza San Marco. Shopping and restaurants are also just steps away. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. AC was perfect for the hot days. Highly recommend this Location! Serena was the perfect hostess! We will book this property again!

Great Location, Close to Saint Mark's Square

Serena's communication is very good. She normally answers emails in less than a day. I was a little concerned about finding the apartment in Venice but Serena arranged to have a friend meet us at the Rialto water bus stop. From there it was about a 10 minute walk to the apartment. I think there was one set of stairs between the Rialto and the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor with two sets of steps. The apartment has a small kitchen with everything you need including a coffee machine. It was very clean. The coop is close by for groceries. Serena's friend gave us tips on Venice and recommended some great places to eat. The festival that she recommended was very cool. We stayed three wonderful days in Serena's one bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a great location very close to Saint Mark's Square. As was mentioned in previous posts, it is in a bit of a noisy location. It quiets down around midnight. When it was time to leave, we jumped back on the water bus to the Roma stop where we got on an express bus to the airport. The time from the apartment to the airport was about one hour. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Venice. Thanks Serena for a great experience.

Séjour très agréable chez Serena

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes de marche de la place St-Marc. Une épicerie Coop était aussi très proche ce qui était très pratique.pour tous nos achats d'épicerie Serena est venue nous chercher de l'arrêt du Vaporetto et nous a conduit jusqu'à l'appartement et elle nous a même aidé à monter nos valises ! Puis elle nous a donné plusieurs conseils concernant les endroits à visiter, les restaurants, etc.... La chambre à coucher est grande et le lit très confortable Salon avec espace pour une table et 4 chaises et muni d'une unité de climatisation murale La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle et elle est bien équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Le service était impeccable et dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, Serena s'occupait de nous et s'assurait de nous donner un service rapide. Serena est une personne très agréable. Elle s'occupe bien de son appartement et s'assure que ses invités sont confortables et ne manquent de rien. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et si jamais je retournais à Venise, je sais que je retournerai chez Serena Merci Serena d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable Marguerite et Joseph
