We totally enjoyed our stay - the apartment was in a terrific area, was quiet, clean and we felt very safe. The outdoor space was amazing - very special. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry met our expectations - however we only had one set of keys when the on sight documentation indicated two were included ( having two sets would have been more convenient). The check in process was also not what was promised but turned out - ok.

We loved how quiet the location was. It was an easy walk to the main attractions of Venice, but tucked away in a quiet area of the city. The apartment was easily one of the best we've stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed for making amazing meals to enjoy on the fabulous canal side courtyard! We would return without hesitation!

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to al the sights, and it was great having breakfast and watching the gondolas saunter past the little terrace. There's a treasure trove of guides and information in the property to help you make the most of your stay. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful apartment! It was exactly as advertised and Jackie was a delight to work with on every aspect from dealing with possible train delays due to a strike to the personal notes and directions on how to work everything in the apartment. Chairs met us at the vaparetto station and walked us to the apartment and explained checking in and out as well as leaving her information if we needed anything. The absolute best part was the patio on the canal where we drank wine and watched the boats every afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark allowing us to sleep in every morning way past our normal time.

Perfect spot in Venice

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Located in a quiet neighborhood, right on a canal. We loved having our morning coffee in the private courtyard, watching the random boats go by. It was away from the noise and touristy parts of Venice but an easy walk to all the popular spots. Nice 2 bedroom with a full kitchen. It has everything you can possibly need. Having stayed in a lot of VRBOs and airbnbs, this was a well stocked and well thought out rental. Jackie and the property management folks were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out process was easy. Plus they booked our water taxi to the airport for a 3 am pick up. I would stay here everytime.

This is a gem of a property. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner, more well stocked home than this. We loved the neighbourhood so much. It is quiet and had a much more local feel than many of the other properties we were considering. It’s easy to reach the vaporetto to get wherever you need to go in the city. I would love to return to Venice and would absolutely book this place again.

Amazing Venice stay

Wonderful apartment with great attention to details that made our stay comfortable and allowed us to experience Venice in a memorable way. The neighborhood was safe and vibrant with wonderful shops, restaurants and locals. We walked and took the vaporetto everywhere and, thanks to Jackie’s recommendations and organization, we saw and did everything we didn’t know we needed to see and do. Gorgeous property in a quiet neighborhood

This is a beautiful apartment that FEELs like Venice! Located on the canal, it was easy to navigate to from the vaporetto. And it is at the end of a quiet alley with multiple piazzas close by for food, drink and people watching. Jackie and Irene were wonderful to work with. Jackie provided a lot of information and recommendations about being in Venice - it was very helpful. If we travel back to the city, we will definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to you!

live like a venetian

We decided to stay in a vrbo instead of a hotel to get an authentic experience. This place was just lovely. Close to nice restaurants without the price of being in the Center of the tourist area. The vaporetto was very close and easy to take to major attractions or if your like my husband also about 30minute walk to Rialto and the doge palace. The walk is part of the experience and a great way to enjoy the city. We loved our stay and our host responded immediately to our questions and was a great help.

This property is not only located in a wonderful part of town, the thought and detail that has gone into this home is above and beyond. Charming and quiet

This apartment was perfect for our stay - charming with a Venetian feel and all the amenities we needed. Located in a quiet part of Dorsodouro but with lots of restaurants and shops just steps away. The only traffic was the occasional gondolier going by. The owner is very responsive and the information she provides is truly impressive. We took up a lot of her recommendations. A wonderful stay in Venice!
