This is a lovely apartment, which looks just like the pictures. We don’t cook when we travel, but the kitchen was one of the best that I’ve seen as far as equipment. The beds were comfortable and the showers were excellent. There were 20 steps to go up to access the apartment. They were well lit and wide easy stairs to climb. The water taxi dropped us off a two minute walk from the apartment. The location was very good. And the hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. They set up the water taxis for us coming in and going out.

Beautiful Apartment

We loved this beautifully designed apartment, with its Murano glass chandeliers, high beamed ceilings, and well-chosen decor. It was quiet, comfortable, and utterly immaculate. An easy walk to museums, La Fenice, and San Marco, we thought the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped and very spacious. We loved planning our days at the kitchen table and bringing home treats and light food when we didn’t feel like eating out. There were many restaurants and cafes right nearby and an excellent grocery store, which made everything easy and convenient. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing property in a great location

This property was fantastic! My family of 4 loved it. From the Terrazzo floors to the Murano glass chandeliers it was a 10. The managers met us at the bus boat stop and walked us right to the property, showed us around just enough then let us be. There is a grocery store literally 13 steps away! It's about a 10 minute walk to St. Marks and the gondola rides. Great for us with out two teen daughters, plenty of room to relax. The furnishings are high end, the AC worked very well. Book this, you wont be disappointed.

Great Apartment and Location

The apartment, while very close to the crowded San Marco streets, was located on a quiet side street away from the craziness that is Venice. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

Charming and Luxurious Apartment

What a gorgeous & well located apartment! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Newly renovated but keeping its old world charm from its terrazzo floors and old wood beams on the ceiling, comfortable and luxurious velvet furnishings this apartment did not disappoint. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms modernized and the kitchen well stocked and appointed. The apartment was immaculate in every respect and the hosts escorted us to the apartment from the water taxi. The apartment is just a few steps from a supermarket which made it easy to pick up needed items, was a 3 minute walk to the water taxi and an 8 minute walk to Piazza San Marco! We couldn't have asked for a better location from which to explore Venice.

Outstanding

This property has been stylishly renovated by the owners and is spotlessly clean. Great location but quiet at night. Supermarket a few doors up. The reception arrangements were after hours but wonderful. Enrica and the girls at the office are providing a great service. Excellent management here. The bathtub needs a minor repair but everything else was first class. Well done.

Fabulous Apartment in the perfect spot!

We are a family of four. From the booking to checkout, Enrica and her team were completely engaged. They even arranged a private water taxi from the airport. Met us at the dock 2 min from the apartment and walked with us the rest of the way. After a quick tour of the place, Enrica showed us how to make proper Italian coffee on the stove, which we fell in love with and savored each morning. The apartment has great aircon and comfortable beds. There is a supermarket ten steps from the apartment, so it’s incredibly convenient to stock the place with anything you need. The location is perfect. Nice and quiet but steps from shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to basilica and palace. We took a 2 hour tour to Murano which included a one hour canal tour. This was perfect and a great way to see the city from the waterways. Upon checkout, we realized we had left medication in the fridge. Enrica and her team swung into action offering to arrange the medication to be taken to the airport by water taxi or sent DHL to arrive the next day. 5 star service.
