The communication was excellent, we had a very nice person assist us with our check in . Helped us with our luggage. We had him order us a private water taxi. Accommodations were excellent .location Perfect.

schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und befindet sich in bester Lage. Gleich nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Etwas mehr Licht im Badezimmer wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht.

This property was gorgeous, spacious, and in a great location! Right next to vaporetto stop, supermarket, restaurants, bars, and less than a 10-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The apartment is huge, renovated, and clean. Luca met us at the water taxi stop to walk us over and give us a tour of the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will return.

Spacious, modern apartment

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s very spacious and modern and an easy walk from the main sights. A supermarket is just round the corner, with bars and restaurants all around. Would definitely recommend.

Fab apartment in excellent location

Superb apartment in an excellent location. The Views of Venice team were so helpful booking our water taxi ahead of time and when our flight was cancelled then further delayed and our bags were lost, Enrica and Marco went above and beyond to help us - so grateful given we arrived at 1:30am

Everything was perfect with our stay! They were so communicative beforehand and even gave us advice on how to get there and met us at the boat stop. Gabriele helped us with our bags and was a wealth of information on the property. It was perfect for our family of four! Well appointed, great, quiet location, out of the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything. We would stay here again!

Modern, clean and centrally located!

We stayed with our 2 grown daughters and enjoyed the apartment immensely. The location was wonderful, and as a bonus go to Cafe Brasilia very near the apt. (Easy to Google) for the best coffee and friendly owners and workers! 😇👍😇

Perfect location for our days in Venice

Very nice property conveniently located near the Realto Bridge in Venice. Very clean well kept apartment. Be prepared to climb many stairs but the top of the climb is well worth it. Great value in Venice.

Great property in a perfect location!

The property was just as listed and exceeded our expectations! Perfectly located and close to everything we wanted to do! Enrica/Valentina were both extremely helpful in setting up water taxi's to and from the rental upon arrival and departure which was wonderful! We wish we would have stayed a few extra days in Venice, but we will be back and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the main attractions. Very close to the water taxi stop which was super convenient. A decent grocery store was very close. The AC worked well. The only negative was no elevator and a lot of stairs. The showers took a while to warm up but they got there. Check in was great and they organized our taxis.

Amazing property

You absolutely can't beat this property. The location is wonderful and it is huge!!! I wish it had an electronic key system rather than having to coordinate to meet someone, but the check in process was very simple and the response and communication was perfect. They even helped arrange a private water taxi from the airport. You can't find a better pick.

Great Location

This was a great apartment, centrally located close to grocery store and shopping. 8 minutes to San Marco. If you have issues with stairs this may not be the unit for you.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Clean, modern apartment in a great location! Plenty of space. Quiet at night. Very responsive and friendly service. Just be aware there are 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) so people with disabilities, or elderly people, might find it difficult to access. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment and location

This was a cozy, cute spot. A little bit of a walk to the main sites but we got used to it. My one comment is that they really should provide the basics: salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. It’s no cost at all and very inconvenient to have to go out and buy this for a short stay.

Wonderful place and support

We were met at arrival by a representative who walked us to the apartment, showed us in, and talked through the rental - I don't know how we would have found it without this, so we were very grateful for it! The apartment is beautiful, with really comfy beds, great bathrooms, and everything you could need for a great stay. Its central location made it easy to get around, yet it was SO quiet! I would highly recommend. Communication of queries was really easy & a fast response - again, something that's very nice.

Perfect spot for a family of 5

The apartment was spacious, clean, & updated w/ ACs in every room. Washer & drying rack. Not an issue for us, but there were several flights of stairs you must climb. No elevator. The apartment was great, but I think the booking agency was fantastic. Cristina recommended restaurants & arranged for us to have an incredible private tour guy- Roberta. Caterina arranged water taxis from the train station/airport & the pick up station was less than 5 min from our apartment. So much easier!!! Amir met us at the dock & walked us through the apartment, gave us a map & made several recommendations. A wonderful stay!

Appartement superbe et bien situé

Appartement très bien situé à distance de marche de tout. L’appartement est bien équipé. Nous avons eu des réponses rapides à toutes nos questions et un excellent service comme la réservation de notre bateau-taxi, une possibilité de laisser nos valises, malgré l'arrivée plus tôt que prévue. Merci Annalisa, Enrica, et Adrienn. Le seul petit point négatif, les matelas pourraient être plus confortables.
