The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers:

The location:
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, a stone's throw from Strada Nuova, one of the main pedestrian arteries of the city. Despite the quiet that surrounds it, in a few minutes you can reach bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and supermarket.
On foot you can:
• Get to Piazza San Marco in about 20 minutes
• Explore the most famous museums and churches
• Take the vaporetto from Ca d'Oro in any direction

House rules:
Guests are asked to behave in an environmentally friendly manner.

For safety reasons, we ask you to close all windows before leaving the house, and not to leave the front door open.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests are asked to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, late check in will be evaluated based on our availability.

During check-in guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.

The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00 after 10:00 PM € 50.00 will be requested
