This was our second time staying at this amazing property and it lived up to the hype we had built around it. The location is great, the apartment is so unique and special, and the communication and help from the hosts couldn’t have been better. We hope to come back a third time!

Erica was very helpful in arranging a water bus the day of our departure, with all the protests and strikes going on around us. And her responses to my questions were immediate. Fabulous location with restaurants right below us. House was very clean. Great bathrooms with super water pressure and hot water. The squeaky floors in one of the rooms was an annoyance and the floor boards could use repairing. We had a fabulous time. Grazie

Apart from very creaky floor boards in the bedrooms , the apartment is a very comfortable and well equipped place for a stay in Venice. The location is so central and having an embankment point outside the apartment is a bonus for taxis to drop off from the airport. A minor point… no tea towels provided in the kitchen for drying crockery, although lots of dishwasher tablets provided which was excellent . All in all … we loved our stay there and views on Venice staff were very efficient

We loved the property. The hosts made everything easy for us and have a beautifully appointed apartment in a perfect location. Having so many full bathrooms was a plus for our group of five (adults). Outstanding value. We will be back!

Better than expected!!! This apartment showed exactly how it's pictured online, it is so spacious and actually every single room is quite large. We loved the high ceilings, and all of the antique furniture and original hardwood floors and doors were outstanding. The best part of this apartment was the tiny balcony overlooking the canal. Some of the nice features of this home was that each window had shutters that you could close to make the bedroom nice and dark in the morning, each room had its own AC unit, and it worked beautifully, the kitchen had a cart that we could easily take to the grocery store, and that store is only maybe a three minute walk from the home, The little washing machine in the kitchen worked well, and there wer drying racks that we could put up in the one hallway area. The beds were comfortable and the fridge was spacious. The team was so quick to respond to all of our questions, in fact, they were instrumental and helping us when one of our family members needed to go to the hospital. They were so accommodating that they allowed us to add two more nights to our stay until he was discharged. I can't say enough about the host and the team!! The host even helped arrange a private water taxi to pick us up the day we were leaving, which took us right to the train station. The only issue for us was that there is no elevator in this apartment, and our mom is 80 years old, it was our fault because we did not think to ask ahead. It worked out fine in the end,

Great Stay

I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s woke up with that title. The place was great. Silvio, who checked us in was wonderful explaining everything and the recommendations were on point. Caterina was very nice and helpful. The only issues was the water heater of the guests bathrooms that did not hold or had any hot water. I tried to watch TV at night and couldn’t; however, who goes to Venice to watch TV (I wasnt bothered by it). I strongly recomend Ca’ Dei Greci

Wonderful stay

The property manager/ owner was very helpful especially with transportation needs. The location is amazing and the property is very clean. The only complaint was the floor in some of the property was very aged and felt unstable. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Castello area of Venice apartment

I would highly recommend this property. The Castello area is an 8 minute walk from the heart of the San Marco Rialto Bridge area. It is located in a residential area avoiding the chaos and crowds. It is just a block over the bridge to the grocery store, 2 doors from the police station (no noise) and steps from many restaurants choices. If you have a private vaporetto it drops you steps from the front door. BONUS! Marco met us at checkin and did an incredible job showing us around the apartment and mapping out places of interest and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was a unique and great cultural addition to our stay. Note that you do have to drag your bags up 3 flights of stairs. It is spacious and everything worked great inside. I would say the photos look more updated than the actual unit presents but nothing to keep you from booking it. The floors need some work. They are very old wooden detailed floors but pieces are missing and it tends to move a bit. It's like walking on a kids wooden jigsaw puzzle. The ability to stand on the small balcony and overlook the canal was an added treat. All in all I would stay there again. It made the adventure memorable and authentic.

Venice

Great location near San Marco square. The apartment is huge and well equipped. A little dated but that added to the charm. Quiet at night with a view of a busy canal during the day. The manager was great to deal with, explaining the apartment and organizing out water taxis. We highly recommend and would return.

The Perfect Biennale Base

We booked this apartment a year in advance for the Architecture Biennale vernissage, and it was everything we hoped it would be — filled with light and birdsong, well-stocked with everything we needed for large meals, and a kitchen perfect for late-night entertaining. We'll be back in 2027!

great apartment!

this is a huge apartment with lots of space. it’s got charm and character and everything you could need. you’re out of the main touristy parts of Venice but close enough to walk everywhere. the boat stop is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. would recommend to families.

Friends Vacation

Great apartment along a canal, lots of room for three couples with everything one would need. Away from the crowds but close to anything you would want to experience. Great communication with the property manager, very helpful. Just wonderful all around.

Amazing Apartment!

We loved everything about the apartment. It is spacious with tall ceilings. The balcony looks out on the canal. It is conveniently located. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Communication was always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in a great location, easy to go anywhere in Venice. Filippo was wonderful, responded quickly and arranged water taxi’s from train to apartment and apartment to airport, making our arrival and departure seamless. Caterina met us at the water dock and was very helpful with every question regarding our stay, from a local supermarket, to restaurant's and directions. The apartment was beautiful, like stepping back in time, spacious and comfortable. The views of the canal and surroundings were spectacular. We felt as though we were part of the Venice family, and would return in a heartbeat. Grazie!

Fabulous Property

We loved this property, very spacious, clean and in a perfect location. St Marks square was a short 10 minute walk and the Rialto bridge about 15 minutes. Plenty of very good restaurants within a very short distance also. Highly recommend.
