Après des échanges très cordiaux le grand regret restera de ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte qui avait sublimement préparé notre arrivée ! Le détail jusque dans des draps brodés m’a profondément émue.J’aurais aimé lui dire MERCI de vive voix et avec mon cœur Marquise à Venise le temps de quelques nuits fait rêver

Sehr freundliche und umfassende Kommunikation mit Cristiana. Die Einrichtung und die Küchenausstattung ist umfassend bis ins Detail, die Gestaltung hat uns sehr gefallen (die Bilder, der schöne Paravent hinter dem Sofa, ...). Die Deckenhöhe ist beeindruckend (fünf Meter?!). Noch dazu die zentrale, perfekte Lage: Wir waren sehr gerne hier und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

So Its difficult to find anything negative about Venice and this place does not disappoint. Its Unique, romantic, with charm, a quiet balcony on a canal, walking distance easy to the tourist musts like the Rialto bridge and St. Marks square but just as easy to some authentic dining in Cannaregio. Its quiet, secure, and hosts accomodating. Tough to find first time but once you do its a great find. Many dont trust Maps App in Venice but it worked fine for us!. Put in name of pastry shop at bridge where palace sits (host will gladly provide) and you are there. Make sure you stop at this shop! Wow!

Great Location

First, Christiana is the best communicator. She is an amazing host and answered any question I had. Grazie mille, Christiana!We got great information on how to get to the apartment. Venice is overwhelming but the apartment is in such a great area. Close to everything but not near the crowds. It felt very authentic. Apartment was very clean and Ms. Claudia got us into the apartment easily and was so kind. We loved our stay! Thank you for your kindness, Christiana!Lisa and Dale

Charming space, excellent host

Great find. Privacy, comfort, and true Venetian charm. The space is just as pictured - cozy, functional, and cared for - and the location can’t be beat. The host was an excellent communicator, welcoming and thoughtful down to every detail. An easy breezy beautiful stay!

Amazing experience

Cristiana is the most amazing host. Incredibly thoughtful and kind. The apartment feels right in the middle of things. Near Rialto bridge, coffee shops, and terrific restaurants. It felt like home.

A Venetian gem

Cristiana has created a small treasure in the center of Venice. While an apartment in an old Venetian palace is a remarkable find, Cristiana has designed a warm and comfortable home for travellers: beautiful furniture and artwork, a stack of helpful guide books, slippers for tired feet at the end of the day, and a quick response to every question. The apartment is centrally located between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco, so everything is close and easy to find. Shopping, from groceries to handmade goods, are outside the front door. Best of all, the best pastry shop and gelateria in the city are only a few steps away! Cristiana is the best host I have met on my world travels and I send her my thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Just Perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect and had all the amenities one could need. Cristiana was incredibly kind, as was Mrs. Claudia. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family!

Wonderful Locstio

I highly recommend staying at Palazzo Cavazza Foscari! It is in a wonderful location in the center of Venezia. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We also had a lovely gift waiting for us on arrival, Also cold lemon & mint water waiting for us on arrival on a very hot day, which was very welcome and much appreciated. Our host Cristiana was wonderful and warm to communicate with throughout the entire process from booking to staying at her beautiful old Palazzo apartment. All in all It was an amazing chance to experience Venetian life , living like a local! Thankyou Cristiana for everything!

Perfect for visiting Venice

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located apartment within a Venetian Palazzo. The apartment is as described and the images show. It’s perfectly located somewhat between St. Marks Square and the Rialto bridge. Therefore we were able to have a nice, relaxing lunch break during our sightseeing tours through Venice. The apartment is very well equipped and we were welcomed with some cookies and Prosecco though checking in late. The host was very friendly, proactive and responsive.

Es war alles sehr gut. Wir durften sogar etwas früher einchecken. Christiana hat die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und sie hat uns bei Fragen gut beraten. Claudia, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert, ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir schließen uns nur dem Kommentar an, dass der Aufstieg zum Bett auf der Empore „abenteuerlich“ ist. Nicht gut von Fewo-direkt finde ich, dass man gezwungen wird, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur zu bewerten. Dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Ich gebe nur 5 Sterne, damit die Wohnung gut bewertet wird.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, historic apartment! The apartment is conveniently located, close to many little shops and restaurants and transportation on the Grand Canal. We especially liked watching the gondolas go by on the canal. Communication was very good and we very much appreciated that Ms. Claudia was there to greet us after our trains were late.

This is a traditional Venetian apartment in a good location, and with a yummy pasticceria just outside your door. But what makes this place truly special is the host! Cristiana makes you feel like an honored guest and is available to help in any way she can. Even though she was not onsite during our stay she guided us through a difficult week and we will be forever grateful.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful gothic palace, with all the essentials. The location is very convenient for arriving with cases, and discovering Venice. (Pasticceria Ponte delle Paste, situated next to the entrance to the palace is a must for coffee and cakes.)

Quaint place, great location.

Very comfortable and homey. It was like living hundred years ago with all the artifacts and waterways under your window. Yet, modern interior and appliances. A wonderful stay. Central to all of Venice.

Beautiful Palace Apartment in the Heart of Venice

The location was unbeatable and security was excellent. The host was wonderful and responsive and bent over backwards to make this a special stay, especially considering that we were a bit late due to the crowds during Carnivale. Keep in mind that this is a very old building and so heating and getting it just right for sleeping can be an issue. The ceilings are high and gorgeous in our opinion. The bakery is next door for a nice espresso in the morning and all the tenants we met were warm and engaging. The location is unbeatable! The balcony very romantic! We highly recommend this VRBO and molto grazie to our charming host!

Owner was more than hospitable!

The apartment was immaculate and the owner offered help and advice that made our stay like staying with friends. There was some construction noise in the neighbourhood, but that was in no way the owner's responsibility and it is doubtless temporary.

Excellent Hospitality

Cristiana had our apartment filled with all the essentials we could want. Her place is so close, so central to all amenities. It has a lovely little balcony overlooking a quiet canal. My sister and I highly recommend this place, and if we're fortunate enough to ever return, we will be booking with Crisitiana again.

La communication avec Cristiana a été parfaite, aussi bien avant que pendant. Arrivée facile et tout était clair et limpide. Le quartier est très bien situé (2' du Rialto) et calme. Le petit palais est une pièce d'histoire. Allez y les yeux fermés.
