Experiencia inolvidable

El apartamento era un preciosidad, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tanto el menaje del hogar como la ropa de cama y baño eran perfectos. La anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y de nuestras peticiones. La valoración general es de 10.

Beautiful home in Cannaregio

The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and the owner was a delight to meet and rent from. I couldnt think of anything needing improvement.

Nous avons passé 5 jours pour le week end du réveillon du jour de l'an dans cet appartement spatieux et agréable, à l'écart du bruit mais pas trop éloigné du centre. Très bon accueil, logement propre , beaucoup de rangements et petit supermarché à proximité. Bien situé; Nous recommandons jusque 4 personnes.

Great Location

The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of all the main sights and also very near the water bus stop. Boat to airport is also very close(you need different tickets from water bus) Very detailed communications with owner who met us on arrival. Would stay again if we revisited Venice. James & Christel

Perfect apartment, Great quiet location

We've stayed at several VRBOs and this one stands out as one of the most well cared for. It was super clean, well thought out, and had an overall high quality feel to it. Marta was generous with her time showing us the apartment and helping us get settled in. We really liked the location as it was very quiet, yet one bridge crossing away there was some several good restaurants and night life. Thanks Marta for your hospitality and for the care you put into your apartment.

Fantastic Flat

Cozy flat in Cannaregio was absolutely perfect and Marta couldn’t have been a better host. The location was perfect for us, walking distance from all the sights but on a quiet street one canal crossing away from a fun, restaurant and bar laden area that boasts some really fantastic restaurants.

Wonderful, characterful apartment in a lovely location.

We loved our stay in Marta's apartment - it felt like a real 'home from home'. The apartment has so much character and is beautifully furnished with a very well equipped kitchen - in fact we ended up cooking there all the time as there is a great supermarket a short walk away. The midi canals are stunning and we loved returning to the apartment at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Marta is a very warm and charming person and most helpful - she gave us lots of information on arrival which helped us to settle in quickly and find our way around. We would love to return one day!

Perfect in every way!

Everything about our stay in Venice was outstanding! Marta has the most lovely property that is in an excellent location (quiet with grocery and restaurants close by, close transit and great hub for everything we wanted to see) and is a very well equipped flat with anything you could need (guide books, maps, well stocked kitchen with lots of basics). We cooked several meals in and had all we needed! The flat is as described - and so charming and comfortable, we felt right at home. Could not be more pleased with our stay and meeting this fab host who took the time to meet us in person, go over everything we could want to know and was quick to respond with any questions! Highly recommend!!!

Quiet and quaint

Marta’s apartment was lovely. Full of character, charm and little thoughtful extras. The neighbourhood was peaceful but just.a short walk to restaurants and the water taxis. Marta was easy to communicate with and very helpful upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Walkable Venice

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Marta’s light filled apartment. It was a true respite from the crowds in other parts of town. The flat has a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a comfortable area to read or relax after exploring the city. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again. (For your consideration, the apartment is accessed by 3 flights of stairs.)

Fantastic flat in quiet Cannareggio

We loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious flat. It was quiet and calm at night, but easily walkable to all that Venice has to offer. Very near the flat, there was plenty of restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Marta was wonderful to communicate with and very flexible with timing and accommodations. The flat was clean, yet very cozy and made you feel at home. Everything that you need for your stay is easily available in the flat. We would definitely recommend staying here. It was a wonderful experience.

Comfortable apartment

In a relatively quiet area…pleasant retreat from the bustle of Venice. Nuovo ghetto close by & we found a restaurant on the campo we liked. Vaporetto (San alvise) & good grocery store a few minutes walk. You do have to climb stairs to the apartment.

Venedig innen und Venedig außen - Wunderbar

In dieser Wohnung trifft moderne Architektur auf venezianische Geschichte und altes venezianisches Handwerk auf äußerst harmonische Weise zusammen. Die Offenheit und Großzügigkeit des Ambientes spiegelt das Licht der umliegenden Kanäle und die Atmosphäre des nahen alten jüdischen Ghettos. Trotzdem lassen sich in den Räumen immer neue kluge und liebevolle Details entdecken. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen wieder!

Perfect in every way! Like Mary Poppins!

We stayed at Marta's flat for 9 days in June 2022, and cannot use enough superlatives to describe her wonderful apartment. Marta is very friendly and punctual, and answers all your questions immediately. There is nothing she has not thought of: umbrellas, wellies, even a shopping trolley. Her flat is pure heaven, it is so cosy, even romantic, with wonderful wooden beams at the high ceilings, extremely spacious, and spotlessly clean. It is very quiet and luminous, a stark contrast with flats in the other sestieri. Everything is of good quality: an excellent bed in a large bedroom. Nice sofas in the living room. The extra long writing desk to work at your laptop is a plus too. A handy kitchen with utensils for a king's banquet, large fridge and separate freezer with drawers, and a large round table. A powerful shower, etc. It has wooden shutters at all windows, and perfect air conditioning. Her flat must be in the Guinness Book of Records for lighting. There are numerous lights and switches, most of them with dimmers, which proves she spared no expense to make it perfect. I can go on and on, just read all the other ***** reviews, they are all true. There is only one negative thing about it: you'll have problems having to leave.
