"We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed seeing sea turtles and manatees from the balcony. This was the perfect space for a group of 5. My only complaints are that in my room (821) the shower door didn’t close which made it very messy every time we used the shower. Water every where. Also would have been nice to have trash bags and shampoo/body wash containers fully refilled prior to our arrival. All I wanted to do after a long travel day was shower and to not...

"Location of this property is great, right on the beach for easy sun bathing and swimming. The room is very clean and provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Close to San Juan and a short drive to Old San Juan to discover the beauty of this island's history. "Im very familiar with ESJ towers having stayed there multiple time in prior years. Isabel's place was very well-cleaned, with amazing view.She had everything you would need. I would say the only small issue was the hvac system located in balcony made it almost impossible to enjoy the outside area. Too bad cause its really is an amazing view from the top floor!"
