"This is our 2nd year staying at this cottage. We love the easy access to the beach right off the back deck. The views are gorgeous from inside the home and from the deck. The interior is very colorful and welcoming. We love Holden Beach and we plan to go back again next year and stay in this home once again."

"This is a charming little place with tons of character. There’s a calmness to the house that makes it easy to relax. It is pet friendly and we were thrilled to be able to take our pup with us. It’s convenient to everything you want to do in the area. Rena is a great host, quick replies to questions, and really wants her guests to have a great visit to Southport. "This is our second time staying at this house. We really enjoy having all the space it provides. The ocean view is wonderful. We saw many dolphins during our stay and also enjoyed seeing turtles hatch just a few yards down the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also liked that we could walk to the restaurant across the street for dinner or a few drinks. We hope to stay here again in the future."

"This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as great as it was the last time we stayed. One of the best things we liked with this property is the elevator. Especially with our parents that are in their late 70s, it made it easy to get around the house. Some of the other things we liked about the house was the large common area, the beach being a short walk away, ample parking space, a simple check-in process and great communication with our host. We can't wait to stay here next year! "
