"The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood. The location was close to restaurants and where we needed to go, so it was perfect! Plan on booking it again this time next year."

"The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!"

"I was surprised finding this place. You'd never guess it was here. A decent little studio. The neighborhood is a little sketch (i know the neighborhood from previous experience) but you'd never know you were there while inside the apartment. The only real drawback is the intersection can be quite loud sometimes. This isn't something the owner of the property can't help so i wouldn't hold it against them."

"Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. "This house and Brittany were amazing. The house was decorated so cool and was within walking distance to town. My daughters all want to redecorate their homes after staying at this house. Perfect size for the four of us, very well stocked, everything you could want! Will definately stay again!"

"This was one of the best rentals on any platform I have used. Perfectly clean, adorably furnished and perfect interaction with host and met all needs. It’s hard to find nice spaces that allow dogs and I pride myself in making it looking like no one stayed there by the time we left. "Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"
