Camas chiquititas, aunq muy ricas
El hotel definitivamente no es familiar. Si pretendes dormir en el mismo cuarto con tu o tus hijos, es demasiado pequeño el cuarto, y las camas son matrimoniales en los cuartos de cama doble..... así q es demasiado el precio q pagas para estar así de incómodo.

Muy bien salvo el restaurante
Excelente!!! Lo único malo fue el servicio en la recepción del restaurante en el lobby. Pésimo!!!

Malo malo
La TV no funcionaba en todo el hotel. Nos dijeron que entonces podíamos mirar películas sin cargo extra pero ese servicio tampoco servía. Nos dijeron que nos habían hecho un upgrade para una mejor habitación pero la habitación daba al restaurante del hotel entonces ni siquiera podíamos abrir las cortinas porque nos habrían visto en pijama la gente que cenaba afuera. Una tremenda estupidez.

The lobby bar service was absolutely terrible. Manager was extremely unfriendly and not accommodating. Hawksworth was even worse. Bartender was very rude. Would never go there again.

Pleasant staff, beautiful interiors, high quality accommodation, great location. Forced valet parking is a negative in my opinion - there should be an easy and safe self-park available for those who want it.

Almost everything good. A little too expensive in relative terms to similar hotels. The Reflections restaurant at the 4th floor has a terrible service and menu.

We were placed in the wrong room at first, also I had pre-ordered balloons to be up in the room upon arrival and they weren’t, I even asked at the front desk if everything was ready and was told yes, I phoned the front desk upon arriving into the wrong room and was called ‘Mister’ Hay, told the front desk my concerns and was asked to wait and they’d call me back…. About 15 mins went by and they didn’t call back so I called the front desk again and was called Mister yet again…. They did however attempt to make it right by upgrading our room to one bedroom suite so that was great…. But before leaving for dinner, I had called and asked for the sink to be filled with ice (we were wanting to chill our champagne and wine) and when we returned, that wasn’t done, when I phoned to request again, I was again called ‘Mister’ and all they did was bring me one bucket full of ice…. I had to request more …. All in all it was a great evening, just the little things kind of put an over laying negative cloud on the evening.
