"We stayed here for a week with our kids and loved it. The place sits on about five acres, so the kids ran and played while we relaxed. Every morning we drank coffee by the warm pool and watched the valley wake up. The rest of the day was full of cannonballs and float time. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental"

"Shared patio with next door unit. The gate keypad lock for the front gate didn't work so it was just open the whole time. Not very safe. Didn't have the right code to get in the unit so called to figure out after the laundry lady let us in. The lady who called really didn't care about my concerns that we were using a code to our unit that others had and when i tried to get a word in was told i was being loud which I wasn't then was told it was my tone so she just wanted to be right.
