"This charming 'yacht' perhaps was a bit oversold by the title. The boat was very clean. The marina it was in felt safe and everybody was very friendly. There was a shower room at the marina if you wanted to shower in a bigger space than what the boat offered. (Imagine showering in a phonebooth with a toilet and sink in there.) We loved sitting out on the boat at night as the sun was setting. It was very peaceful. As far as what the word "yacht" envokes in a person's mind, this didn't necessarily...

"Owners were very helpful when the heat would not work and fixed it immediately.We loved watching the sailboats come in to get their masts put up by the marina crew."

"The location was excellent with a view of the Manhattan skyline and the marina. Area was quiet and there were two restaurants in the marina. Jay was always available, even on Friday night, to answer my questions. It was like being in an apartment, not a hotel, but had hotel luxuries. Easy access to New York City with the ferry within walking distance. Plan on staying again."
