"Great location! Fun place to stay, lots of space for your group to hang out inside and out. We stayed in Family room- the king bed was super uncomfortable. Sent the inn an email but didn’t get any type of response. Guest service needs work."

"The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The pool looked very inviting, however it was too cool out and or raining. Hopefully next time… there will definitely be a next time!"

"We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from...

"Si , muy limpio , pero para ser Chateau Relaix pienso debería tener más servicios y comodidades , El desayuno por ejemplo no tienen lugar para tomarlo , o en la habitación q es pequeña y si tienes mucho equipaje de un largo viaje , no hay lugar y sino en una mesita ratona en el pequeño lobby, El nivel del desayuno muy buen nivel pero muy escaso ni tostadas había , todo ello fue suplido por la amabilidad de la recepcionista q trato con esmero superar los faltantes "

"This was a great experience and hit all the buttons. With a secluded location only 15 minutes from most attractions you really get have both the social excitement before retreating to comfortable seclusion. The cottage was perfect offering exactly the small things that are needed i.e coffee, pre-programmed netflix login, and a terrific layout. It was a true Berkshire stay with the blizzard, being able to just hunker down, or enjoy snowboarding on the mountain that was 10 min away. Great...

"Hola, paso por aquí a recomendar, me he alojado por 4 días aquí y para ser un hostal la atención ha sido excelente, me colocaron cerca de un baño , me sentí muy cómoda y tranquila a un precio asequible! La ubicación estaba bien,hasta he podido dejar mi maleta después del check out por un par de horas! Lo recomiendo es excelente el lugar."
