"They don't know anything how to run hospitality business . totally disappointed with their service"

"We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. Highly recommend this hotel.."
