Set on 4 private, fully fenced acres, our property offers security, serenity, and stunning views over open paddocks and mountain ranges. 3 separate dwellings, electric gates and fully fenced so parents can relax knowing children can play freely—well away from the dam. Expect to see plenty of native wildlife during your stay
    There’s undercover parking plus ample room for boats, making it ideal for fishing trips, family holidays or large gatherings.

We had the most amazing stay here for a hens weekend! The property was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning scenery and such a peaceful atmosphere - the perfect place to relax and celebrate with friends.The host had thought of every little detail. From the fresh eggs waiting in the fridge to all the essentials being stocked and ready for us, it truly felt like a home away from home. Those thoughtful touches made our stay even more special.Every room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. The whole property was immaculate and clearly very well cared for.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway.

We couldn't have loved our stay at Sam's more. 16 people comfortably accommodated. Peaceful, beautiful, outdoor spaces that pulled you outside. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, and bonus that it is pet-friendly. All the little touches made for such an easy stay and everything has been thought of.A great spot to meet when you have family in Brisbane and Sydney, and a wonderful opportunity to support regional communities. Valla Beach Tavern, Nourish Grocer, and the Valla Beach Markets were all a hit with our group. We can't wait for the chance to visit again.
