Great hotel on the outskirts of the city, only 15 min drive from the airport and 10 min drive (about 1 hour walk) to the center. The hotel has good facilities and a pool. Breakfast provides a lot of options. Most importantly, staff at reception was super professional and welcoming.

A very nice hotel. The breakfast was impressive. Stayed there in March 2024 for a conference where the conference center is right next to the hotel. However, it's a bit far away from the city center of Valencia. Not convenient for sightseeing.

One night business trip
One night business trip arriving in the evening so not a huge amount of time to relax, but breakfast was wonderful and the service was great. I thought the bar area was a little small for the size of the hotel and a bit formal, although it's possible to take your drinks into the foyer area where there are lounge seats. Looked for the pool, but couldn't find it. Not sure if it was open. It's a little way from the old city and beach, but the tram stops right outside the back.

Great location with many dining and drinking options. Tram and train within 5min walk of the hotel so easy to get into the centre of Valencia or out to the beach

The hotel is a bit far from most of the attractions but there’s plenty of transportation around. The property is lacking some care but it looks clean. Most of the staff were very friendly.

The only thing I liked was breakfast Front desk staff was nice but completely unhelpful. Rooms lacked basic amenities, broken, or missing items were not dealt with despite requests, location is far from everything.

Al parecer el hotel no recibe mantenimiento. La ducha estaba rota, se tomaron 2 días en arreglarla , la habitación llena de polvo, las toallas olían a naftalina, el ascensor es lento, pequeño sin aire acondicionado y para en distintos pisos constantemente. La atención al cliente es una vergüenza, las tarjetas para entrar a la habitación se desprograman constantemente. ( en mi caso 4 veces en 1 día…) No me explico como tiene 4 estrellas sup.

Staying north of the Las Fallas festivities and explosions meant we could get some sleep. We were close to a delightful restaurant/vinotecha that was walkable from the hotel. Taxis lined up outside so it was easy to get to the train station when we left as well. Nice staff and pleasant hotel. Very nice deep tub - but no robes so I needed more towels than I usually use.

Hotel is beautiful. Badly needs a concierge to assist out of country visitors with restaurant locations, tourist attractions, etc. Amazed that reception staff do not speak passable English or know the location of major attractions in the City like location of the old city, ceramic museum, etc. Tourist info bureau would supply pamphlets to the hotel to assist visitors if asked!! Annoying that there is no restaurant at the hotel and that guests have to scan a QR code to get a menu!!

Fabulous hotel and great value
We had a wonderful holiday at Sorolla Palace. The pool area was lovely and we ended up spending a lot of time there. Our triple room was spacious with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of foods to choose from. Staff were hard working but always pleasant, especially Cesar who welcomed us to breakfast room each morning. There are some signs of wear and tear and things that could do with replacing but anywhere where lots of people stay is going to have that. Highly recommend.

This hotel was okay. We chose it because it has a pool but towels aren’t available at the pool deck. Had to go down to reception where they wanted 20 euros cash deposit. I didn’t have this on me and they wouldn’t put it on my room. Staff suggested I could go across the road to the casino and use the ATM. This made me mad and ruined my stay. Breakfast was good but location is a bit out of town.

Nice hotel, not too far from Center and market. 2 bad points are that the wifi was bad in most areas of the hotel and the room and lobby smelled like cigarettes.
