Communication with Josh was fantastic and they were on top of everything. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and as pictured, with thoughtful amenities for the guests throughout the house. Loved the fact that we could put on our boots, jackets, etc and walk right up the street to the bus stop. Lionsridge bus loop to Vail Village ride took approx. 10 min. and ran every hour on the :24. What a game changer to not have to worry about parking! The location of the house was super close to Vail Resort as well as two grocery stores within a 5 min drive of the house. Would definitely return to this house next time we come back to Vail!

Wonderful girls trip

Property has been renovated beautifully! Plenty of space for my 10 friends for a girls ski trip. Enough seating, space at dining table, dishes and glassware etc. Everything you would need in the kitchen, hot tub towels, solo cups for the hot tub and other thoughtful touches. Easy access to Vail Village via the free shuttle. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent host and comfortable property

Visited vail for the weekend with friends. The home was extremely comfortable for our group. Josh was a great host and constantly checked in to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Great spot with a view

We loved our stay! It’s soooo close to the bus stop so getting into town was very easy. The kitchen is well stocked. There were extra linens and pillows, as well as extra towels for the hot tub. We would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay!

The house is in an excellent location, was very clean and well appointed and was perfect for our family vacation! Online pictures were very accurate and the living, dining, kitchen area was great for everyone to gather. The views are spectacular, the hot tub wonderful and the host was communicative and available.

Great stay for a group!

We enjoyed our stay at Glacier Tree House, and it was great for our group! The home has plenty of space and beds, and it was exactly what our group of couples and two singles needed. The location was excellent, and the quick bus ride to the base of the mountain was very convenient. Our group enjoyed the hot tub after long ski days! We will be recommending this rental to our friends!!

Highly Recommend

Great home for a group ski trip! Catch free bus to Vail just outside the front door. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub located just off the living room / kitchen area… nice views of mountain side.

Great House!

Great house, has all the amenities you need and the listing matched the pictures. Plenty of plates, bowls, forks, spoons, large table, couch, TV, Hot Tub, etc. We especially appreciated the beds, all of them were very comfortable. The check in and check out process was also easy and the owners were very responsive.

Snow paradise

Over all the home was great. The location was great only a few minutes from vail village, street market and gas stations were 2 minutes away. Beautiful view and beautiful home. Look forward to staying here again.

Spacious home in Vail

The house was spacious and perfect for our group. It had all the kitchen essentials which made it easy for us to have a few meals there. The jacuzzi was a welcome addition. Note: the Village bus doesn’t run up there in the summer, but plenty of free parking in the village was available.

Perfect Ski House!

We stayed for 4 nights in March 2023. First I have to say Josh the owner was Awesome. He made our stay seamless and was always there to answer any questions. The house is AMAZING! start with the unbelievable views from the giant family room. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need including condiments. The Hot Tub is large and the views from the deck are amazing. He even has heated walkways and driveway which helped since it snowed everyday we were there. Each bedroom was large and the bedding was VERY comfortable. every last detail even down to "the good" toilet paper and paper towels. We really enjoyed ourselves and this home is definitely set up for a large group to stay very comfortable. Very easy access to skiing and shopping and if you take the bus its literally steps from the front door. Great Vacation!

Great stay for 2 families

We really enjoyed our stay, we were two families with kids from 4-9 years old (in total there was 9 of us) The house is very spacious. Location is great right next to the bus stop which makes it very practical. Also a supermarket very close to the house. Josh was always available for questions we had during our stay. We will come back. Thanks Josh!

Amazing house

Great house for families with a nice living area and plenty space with an open kitchen. The outdoor jacuzzi is a great plus. Excellent location to all vail ski resorts. Josh is a great host and was not just very welcoming but very responsive. They have really great towels which is not something every rental has. We are definitely coming back.

AMAZING

My wife, our two boys and my parents really enjoyed our stay. Communication from the host was the best I’ve had. The house was nicely appointed, clean and the hot tub was clean when we checked in and cleaned once more during our stay. My wife and I enjoyed waking up to amazing mountain views. Our boys had plenty of room to themselves and my parents liked having some extra privacy away from us in their own spacious master suite. It took us 5 minutes to drive into Vail Village and the location is very convenient to grocery stores and the mountain. Great for our party of 6 or more.

Just perfect!

Great house and great location! We had a couple questions and Josh was very helpful and responded quickly. The views were majestic and we especially loved waking up to the mountains in the master bedroom. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, dish towels and paper products. The hot tub was excellent and very clean (serviced the day before our arrival). Just perfect! The bus stop is right out front and made getting to the slopes simple and we didn't have to deal with driving/parking if we didn't want to. I have already recommended this place to our friends and we will definitely be coming back!

Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Josh & Tiffany's home! My family and I felt it was the perfect spot being close to the action and appreciate the easy communication from the hosts. We could easily access the bus or take a very short drive to all the best that Vail has to offer. And especially enjoyed warming up in the hot tub. The home was clean, exceeded expectations and would certainly recommend! We will be looking to stay here again next year!!
