The Neighborhood:

Set in East Vail, this home offers a scenic mountain setting with convenient access to the experiences that make Vail a year-round Colorado destination. In winter, spend your days skiing and snowboarding at Vail Mountain before returning home to an inviting private hot tub and fireplace. Warmer months bring hiking at nearby Booth Falls, fly fishing along Gore Creek, mountain biking, golf, and alpine activities throughout the valley.



Vail Village is approximately 3.4 miles away, offering restaurants, après-ski, shopping, galleries, and seasonal events. Nearby cultural attractions include the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, home to concerts and summer programming. Fall brings brilliant aspen color throughout the surrounding mountains, while Beaver Creek offers another major resort destination within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for navigating the area and reaching the various base areas of Vail Mountain. Our property provides on-site parking for four vehicles, including two covered garage spaces. The TOV Free bus stop is about 3 blocks away. It comes regularly (about every 15 mins in high season) and a super easy way to get to the Village.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that this property requires descending 32 steps from the parking area to reach the front entry.
