Coffee maker did not work. Contacted VRBO via their AI text and via phone. There is apparently not good communication between the two agents. We had a human confirm that we would get a new coffee maker delivered the next day. After 3 days still no coffee maker.

Super convenient lovely townhome

It feels like this unit was recently remodeled. Kitchen, bathrooms were all great, no issues whatsoever. Decor is perfect for a ski house. Bedrooms are good. The master is comfortable and the second bedroom has (I think) a full bed bunk over a queen. It also has its own sink.We love the fact that it is so close to the Ptarmigan bus stop.Hot tub was fantastic, but a bummer that they close the pool in winter. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home Unfortunate Timing

The home itself inside was beautiful and clean. Exhaust fans could use some maintenance and backdoor screen repaired. The location to town was great and the stream beautiful, it helped block out the interstate noise right on the other side. The deck and lawn furniture were filthy, property manager said they would send someone to clean them but it didn’t help, if it even occurred. Our biggest complaint, the property should have disclosed there was construction work going on starting right beside our front door and continuing on to the whole street. Construction workers were polite but with the road noise and construction noise it wasn’t the serene mountain retreat we were hoping to experience. (Pictures can be provided)

Perfect stay!

The place was so cute and in a great location. The pictures do not do it justice!! If I had to say anything negative it would be the beds weren’t the best but not horrible. Overall a great little place!

Super chalet in West Vail.

This was an ideal off village condo for my family of 5 (3 kids incl. teens) right on bus route. I would definitely rent again in winter or summer. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, roomy for our family of 5 so all the kids got their own beds, pretty views since its right off Gore Creek, and easy access to the village via car or bus. The bus stop is literally out the door, so if you are savvy with public transport, this is perfect for you. 5 Star Rating!

Great Location

Very cozy stay! Located next to Gore Creek with easy access to the bus stop, frontage road. The interior is as described. Perfect place for our family. Enjoyed by all. We had an issue with sink and the management helped resolve it to our satisfaction.

Great Short Getaway

Took a short trip to Vail to get out of the summer heat in Denver. Great location, with access to Gore Creek and nearby hiking trails. Clean, with nice furnishings. Would stay there again!

Convenient location

It was clean and updated. Sheets were a bit worn and rough and kitchen with some limited utensils and no laundry detergent (had to buy some at local store; usually some is included at properties). No one told us the hot tub was across the parking lot in a building next to the garbage bin. Found out on our last day. Overall, smaller than I expected but, otherwise, as advertised.

Beautiful Townhouse

What a cute place! Very nicely decorated and super clean! The view in the backyard was amazing. The location was perfect just a 3 minute drive to the slopes. We had a car but the bus stop was just outside the house if needed. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect spot for our family!

Nice townhome and great area

Clean, updated, all comforts of home. Laundry was nice and dishwasher. Listening to the creek out back at night was wonderful. It’s peaceful right off 70 super easy to get around without being in The hustle of the center vail. Really enjoyed Thai stay

Well Appointed in West Vail

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and found it to be exactly as pictured and described. It is well appointed and accommodated our family of four very well. Having read the reviews prior to booking I was concerned about the beds and potential interstate noise but neither affected our stay. We found the master bed to be quite comfortable and the twin beds were on par with other rentals we've stayed in. As for the noise, we've traveled to Vail for the past 25 years and know that West Vail sits closer to I70, so we expected the level of interstate noise we could hear at this property. Having Gore Creek literally in the back yard was lovely. We would definitely return to this property.

Perfect home away from home

We loved our stay here. The place was beautifully decorated and the community is very quiet & clean. The unit is next to the stream so we were able to enjoy a few al fresco meals. The unit is very clean, well equipped (even has toasters, espresso machines, etc.) and it came fully stocked. It really was the perfect home away from home for us, and we totally recommend this place to anyone planning to travel to Vail.

Excellent place to stay, clean and very close to the bus stop to go to the ski area. I would suggest to change the master bedroom mattress. Everything alls was great. I would rent this place again definitely. My family loved this vacations.

Nice place needs a new bed in master bbedroom

Apartment is clean,, good light. Master bedroom king size bed sags deeply in the middle as if the springs were broken. Definitely needs replaced. Beds in 2nd bedroom were comfortable. Upstairs bathroom drain was mostly clogged
